We had a wonderful New Years evening. The event was very entertaining. They had games through the night. The kids were having a great time. There was some minor issues with food delay but overall we had a great time! HAPPY NEW YEAR 2020!!

It is great to see a roller skating rink enjoyed by my kids. This is a great little place, but there were some things I was disappointed in. Many of the games were out of order (see pics). It is small around the rink so it can get pretty crowded for people who arent in the rink or parents at parties. The food was ok and reasonably priced. My fries were undercooked though. Overall the staff was friendly and courteous and watched out for kids misbehaving. They were very safety conscious which I appreciate.

This rink is one of the very few last standing rinks in the bay area. Definitely recommend taking the Saturday beginner classes for any beginners or anyone with children! They also have party spaces for private parties.

It was awesome. I love the kids skate free deal. My mom and I had a great time with my kids! It seemed like peoples food orders took a little long but I wasnt there for food, I was there to skate!

We had a ball last night my daughter was learning to skate and she finally got it..it was clean and the staff was real friendly they play games on the floor for prizes it was a good trip to take the kids and reasonable $35-45 for us 3 We enjoyed ourselves going back today.

Came here on 8/24 for my nieces birthday It was real nice real big and clean and excellent customer service from the older gentle man giving out the skates, and I think the manger who was the younger lady with dark hair and also another young lady who was suppose to be off, but insisted on preparing my munchies before she clocked out. Nice place to throw kid parties pretty much any kind of party.Me and my family had a great time . Also they have a variety at snack bar not too mention special icees for adults we all enjoyed.Until next time

The sip and skate deal is the best. It just cant be redeemed at the 8pm time. Birthday party packages are worth it. Staff is friendly and funny. Recommend

Nothing for toddlers to do nothing to help them skate like at other places but we had to pay 10 bucks for my child to do nothing... I wouldnt recommend it to anyone

Coming all the way from Modesto Ca, It was a fun time we really enjoyed it! Only problem is the wait at the snack bar the service is a little slow but they are kind and good people. Thanks paradise skate braught me and my wife back alot of good memories

Super Deal : they offer kids skating free entry. My daughter learned here and once she is well skater we can go more.I informed many of my friends and they took benefit of it. All of us are regular visitors.

Awesome skating rink. Roller skating of course. Its like stepping into the past. This place is a blast and a half. Highly recommend for a family fun night or something along those lines.

Good price, clean facility, friendly staff. I just wish the music was more roll bounce. I understand it has to be child friendly, but there is plenty of kids appropriate music thats good for skating. We had a great time anyway

Fun place for the whole family! You can reserve skates. Skates are cleaned after each skater. Nice food area with chips and cheese, popcorn, sodas, coffee. Family atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and helpful in getting the right skates. We found a Groupon for 4 skaters including skates and a soda. Great rates for the afternoon of fun and exercise!

Yes you have to pay to get in.They offer military discount for you military families! (Must show ID)The discount is only for the person with the valid ID,its a dollar off the original price.They do NOT have or implement any other discount for military families, or members.The hours listed on google right now are not correct.Its says they are closed on sat they open at 830pm. as of Aug. 18, 2018

Well I havent been there myself, but my 14 year old daughter was there last Saturday with her best friend and her best friends mom. The biggest mistake Ive ever made by letting her go, she broke all 3 bones in her ankle and has to have surgery. Changed her whole life, freshman in high school now, has to go on independent studies and will be recovering until February 2020. Thats when shell start physical therapy and might be cleared to return to her normal life, but shell still have 2 metal plates and screws in her left ankle. All because she wanted to have fun one Saturday afternoon roller skating with a friend. I dont recommend this place. They didnt know hpw to handle the situation when she screamed as she fell, heard her bonesSnap and blacked out. They didnt even provide a wheelchair. They should have trained medical professionals on site. This place holds a potential danger, they should be trained in first aid and CPR.

I came from texas to paradise skate only because it was the closest to my brothers house, turns out the guy behind they counter tried to inflate the price as if we couldnt read.From the looks of, its dirty and they were playing old music and it smelled weird.Plus theres a groupon that no ones taking advantage of i shouldve knew better .(Updated)If the price was changed why leave up the old pricing list,The cashier says theirs a observer fee as if someones gonna pay 12 dollars to watch their child in your establishment, your price was67 dollars for 4 patrons 1 with their own skates .Your not the only skating rink in the area!

This is a nice little place to go skating. Just wish their schedule wasnt so random. Seems like their only open on weekends for 2hrs at a time, then close & reopen for 2hrs at a time.. idk. But over al, the staff was nice, Id go back.

I won’t be coming back to this place. I felt like it was a rip off. First 16.99 or something like that to skate for 2 hours is outrageous. So, I had my daughters birthday party here NEVER AGAIN not even to skate so we threw the free pass away. The ladies in the front were polite but that’s it didn’t see my party hosts until the last 30 minutes of the party. After waiting, with 1 hour left until party was over I had to ask for our pitchers of ice water because they hadn’t brought it over. They said the pizza would arrive at 445 that didn’t happen and I wasn’t tripping so much on the food as I was the water because they notified one of my quest that they keep the heater on “in a skating rink” I don’t understand that. Then when they brought the food they rushed me and my guest to eat pizza so we could hurry and get to the cake in time but they were the ones that brought the stuff late now we had to rush because of them, did not appreciate that. My daughters birthday was supposed to be a special moment where I the mother light the candles sing but it was very stressful because they rushed us which is fine I get the whole time thing but be on time yourself! Also they said the hula package that I signed up for included “party” plates plates that say party on them... that didn’t happen either and no big deal but you are a business and when you promise stuff like this have it. They told me oh we ran out ok guess I have to deal with that. Last but not least I thought it was funny my sister had to go get more forks because they were just giving them to us one by one and then some other worker just comes over and grabs some from our table for people at another party. I don’t like this place the fact that they hire “NICE” workers is probably why they still get business so thank you for that .Not that I’m being petty but when it comes to my hard earned money I work hard for why don’t they who I pay just for decent customer service.

My teenager and friends have discovered a love for roller skating, and have been having a great time here! We go on Friday afternoons because its not crowded, and we can all skate freely. The staff is very friendly, and you can often get special deals on their website. For me, Im enjoying rediscovering a fun activity from my childhood!

Fun place to go for family time! Place is clean and never too crowded. Weekends and evenings will get busier. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Staff do games as well as have the free skate. Keeps it entertaining for the kids.

That place wasn’t good there was nowhere to sit the barley had skates and on top of that they didn’t have any skating stans

We appreciated the extended hours during a rainy holiday season. The staff was attentive and courteous, and they kept a good balance of free skate, games, and change of lighting. We live closer to a different rink, but drive the 35 minutes out this way, because its affordable and a good time.

My nieces and her friends had an awesome time scaling the walls on their first roller skating experience. I wish that they provided them those skating aids that look like walkers for elderly and helmets for little kids. Every time someone fell, I was always worried about how they landed on the hard surface. Please consider.

It’s kinda hard to roller skate for me but the people who work here made it ok and felt a bit safer for me

Had a great time w cowrks. Theres a really friendly man that wrk there for yrs, hes has storys and history about the place and his stories were cool. It was not packed, as a matter of fact there was hardly anyone there but our group, I was very surprised. The skating hrs and how you have to pay were a little unfair but by charging the way they do, thats how they make there money, I guess but basically you end up having to pay twice. But besides that we all had a blast.

It was cool a great environment for kids. A little creepy getting there lol but all the staff were great

I took my kids here today for my daughters birthday. Let me first start by saying it is understaffed; there were only two workers manning the skate rentals, tickets or gaming, and the food court. None of the workers were smiling or friendly. We spent almost 2 hours there skating and my kids had a blast. But a lot of the games didnt work and the water fountain was broken. There is a sign out front that says no outside food or drinks so we didnt bring any water in. I asked an employee if I could have a water cup and she said its.... 25¢. I told them that the water fountain was broken and asked if she could just give me a complimentary water cup and she said no. So I asked to speak with the manager. Gabby the manager came over and said we have to pay for the cost of the cups, thats why we charge .25¢ with no Im sorry or any customer service skills. I tried to explain that I had already spent over 30 dollars and didnt understand how they expect kids to drink from a broken water fountain. Gabby again said that if I wanted a water cup I would have to pay the fee. So I left and will not be going back ever. This place really needs a lesson in serving the customers, and fix their broken water fountain. Horrible pricing also.

30 min to pay and get in.The employees are very rude specially the white girl with big ass teeth. A girl closed to 18 took my daughters 6 year old walker and wanted to fight for it, but I had a receipt. Took about 30 min for the food. The lights ware on the hole time.The owner was nice.This place is very nice and pretty I would still come back just because Im there to skate but I wont give it 5 star..

Great staff, fun games, and a really colorful environment here. Tonight was a quite night and one staff member even came in just to volunteer his time and facilitate games for the kids. Very cool!

Took my grand children there two weekends in a roll had a fabulous time. They are beginning to skate so much better. The atmosphere is great and the staff too.

Indoor inline skating lessons every Tuesday 6-8pm with Deb Alpers ... incredible instructor! Way to learn and perfect the sports.

Outside looks run down but the inside is really neat and updated. There is a new floor. A couple of video games and snack bar. Soda and beer is served as well

Kids cant use the skate trainer at night which is completely ridiculous and the music was trash

Arcade games are expensive (3rd party). Food is pricey. Rink is usually not that busy. Great A/C. Quads arent maintained as much as they should. OVERALL great family activity

Nice place to take kids however they could use more than 1 air conditioner it gets hot and as soon as u walk in u feel it making it hard to cool down I dont care how many drinks u buy more air would be nice

Grandkids had a great time....clean facility, clean restrooms, snack bar (service was a little slow, but they were busy), family environment...could use a little ADA work, but was worth inconveniences...not cheap, but again was worth it..well be back

We had a mix up with some kids, they had told one of the workers my boyfriend was trying to trip them...mind you he has touretts and doesn’t know how to skate so he is glued to the wall. We were asked if that was the case and I explained that he would never do something like that. The children continued to watch us and point at us, they even told there mom who then started to watch us. I didn’t say anything to the kids and neither did he. We continued to have fun and skate. My cousin was called out for having her phone on the rink which was not allowed, that’s completely understandable. The kids happen to be standing next to the worker that told her that so she thought it was the kids that had told on her. I will admit she did curse at the kids and That was out of line. The rest of us on the other hand were just trying to skate. The owner came out next and called me, my boyfriend and my cousin over. I explained that he might be slow cause he’s never skated before. Her exact words were “I don’t give a f***”. I thought that was completely out of line for her to talk to someone who just spent 51 dollars in her establishment. When he got there she began to explain why we were called over. It was because my boyfriend was “cursing at the kids and we were all acting like 5 year olds...I tried to explain that he didn’t say a word and he barley talks in the first place. She stopped me mid sentence. When my younger cousin who is 12 came over, she said “you don’t need to be here”...he’s 12, and he’s my family. That’s when my older cousin got an attitude, the owner had no right to talk to my family like that who wasn’t apart of the situation. We were blamed for the problem and she would not listen to our side and even went as far as threatening to kick us out. She also talked to the younger girl who was sick and sitting down also saying she was acting like a 5 year old...we were completely treated like trash. I was in tears, I was so stressed. We ended up just leaving after that. It was probably the worse experience I’ve ever had in a public place...

They do great things for school, scouts, and community. Also the owners are kid and it is a wonderful place for family fun. Great rates on Groupon too!

I attended a party for a 6 year old. They set up session so dont expect to be there all day (3-5:30). Staff was attentive and helpful in making sure skates fit and kids were safe. 18 kids with pizza, punch and cake was about $360
