I brought my granddaughter for her first time it was a really nice enjoy myself great place to visit

They took out the play ground which cleaned up the place a little bit and got rid of the stock smell. The unlimited play was a good idea and removing coins as well. I liked the fact that every kid and person must be stamped that ensure some safety. Pizza ok.

A better Chuck E. Cheese than most of them. Its a small facility and parents tend to stay with their children as opposed to other locations. Service was decent and its fun for the young ones. Out of all the Chuck E. Cheeses in this county, I recommend this one the most.

Very busy all times on the weekends due to birthday parties. Good business model for birthday packages. Quietest time is midday weekdays. Pizza isnt all that bad. Havent tried any other food. No alcohol at this location. Reasonably priced games. Game variety could be better. No play place at this location. I really cant complain since I know what to expect (crazy kids) and my young kids always enjoy.

Usually a great stop for a pizza and entertainent for the kids. This last visit was a huge disappointment. My son was scolded for taking the tickets that come out when the guy is testing the machine. Never an issue in the past. Machines not dispersing the correct number of tickets or working properly. Doors opened an hour later than posted on the door. The 3x answer to three different questions by the gal was I dont know. Which I translated into, and I really dont care. Again, normally a great stop for our son...not today.

Nice place to play with kids and grab a bite. It wasnt super crowded even on Friday night like other Chuck E. Cheeses weve been to, so that was nice. It was a bit smaller though, compared to the ones we used to visit in the Atlanta area.

I hadnt been to Chucky Cheese in quite a while. It was well laid out and the staff were frindly and useful.The games were fairly new and well kept up.A fun place for kids pf all ages.

We came here for a birthday party. All of the machines were working and the staff is very attentive. Kids had lots of fun!

Go pro mount over child urinal! Manager didnt gaf and tried to throw away mount(wonder why!). Police were notified by customer. Customer demanded mount back. NEVER going there again!

I love this place but Chuck E. Cheese need to update their machines and some machines are not even working so it’s just a positive comment because I like this place I love ️ spend time with my kids

Went yesterday with my boyfriend and ordered a medium pizza. ONE pizza. It took an hour. He asked them twice and they told him it was still in the oven. When I buy a FROZEN pizza it takes 15 minutes. So I stood up and waited by the counter. BAM they hand my a pizza in less than a minute. Terrible customer service from the two young ladies at the counter Sunday around 5 pm.

Food was fresh restaurant was very clean

Lots of games for kids to play and pizza was delicious. parking is the only downside especially during the weekend.

I had a ball at Chuck E Cheese on a Thursday night because there was plenty of room to move around, no wait on games, and delicious pizza. Tje kids had a blast and so did I.

Best one Ive been to. Wasnt over crowded. Pizza an chicken was great. I love the new cards instead of tokens. Staff was helpful. Drove from laurel to Annapolis an it was worth it.

The new upgraded Chuck e Cheese is not comparable to the original Chuck e Cheese. They do no longer use tokens but use card that are measured by points/swipes or by hours. Instilling kids with the assumption they can swipe a card and get whatever they want. Also, the new miniature Chuck e is nothing like the one of old. Especially at this location this establishment is small and limited on games that actually give you tickets. Definitely recommend Dave and Busters over this completely.

This chuck e cheese has the best games around. We traveled an hour an a half to go to this establishment. Low on workers and same level of service as all others in chain.

No one was at the entrance so neither my son nor I were stamped. On the way out the guy went to check our hands and I told him they were never stamped. He said “why wouldn’t they stamp you.” Uhh I don’t know, I don’t work there. Plus I left with my friends niece who I didn’t enter with who actually was stamped. So I could’ve walked out with a random kid. The girl behind the register was rude and unprofessional. She stood behind the counter and didn’t acknowledge me and I just stood there until she was ready but she made no effort what so ever. She was the one to bring out my food too and I asked for a to-go box which of course she did not bring out. I know I shouldn’t have high expectations at a Chuck E. Cheese but she is not qualified. Don’t know her name but she was petite somewhat Hispanic looking with medium length dark brown curly hair with an attitude.

The lack of tubes and the kid hogging the Jurassic Park machine left a lot to be desired. Decent pizza and wifi. 5 stars

Even though you spend way too much money here food is a lot better though expensive and the games prices have improved. Now if they could only add another ticket counting machine.

Pizza was good, service was ok. A good amount of the games were out of order and the ticket redemption machines were on the fritz. Way too busy, it was packed almost shoulder to shoulder. I guess that is to be expected for a Saturday around lunchtime. Five birthday parties were going on all at once! They need a larger facility to handle all of that. Parking was horrendous and the location is terrible.

Great location (across form kid hair cut place, party store, target, whole foods) and most games work most of the time.

Went for a birthday party. It was the perfect time of day for a kids Birthday which was not really crowded. I have nothing negative to say to honestly.

My nieces had a great time. My sister and I even had fun... It was great to see my nieces smile.

Love the new games. My favorite is the drawing portraits in black and white. Fun times for everyone. Delicious pizza and cake.

Perfect tucked away gem for the kids to enjoy themselves to the utmost. The manager is very helpful, and takes pride in pleasing you the customer!

We purchased an unlimited card for our daughter which was taken off a game she was playing shortly after purchasing it. We asked the manager for a replacement or refund and he told us it wasnt his problem.

This particular chuck e cheese in Annapolis is highly recommended. On a weekend, it was not too crowded. Adults actually watch their children and the staff was very attentive.

Place needs serious expansion and updates, took out few rides to loik bigger but not impressed. I liked jeepers alot better when they were here, my kids get sick every time we come here, over crowded and not much for in between kids to do.

This is for the kids its kid cayous and games load but fun to see them run and play birthday party s pizza so so kids love it though

I was very disappointed with the staff, especially a gentleman wearing a purple shirt working today. I asked for help due to one of the machines running out of tickets. He looked at me and said “go ask someonee else” and went back to looking at his cell phone. I was so disappointed and frustrated as I have never been treated in that manner. What made it worst he literally was on his cell phone at the main entrance. Not sure how this organization decides who they hire but they need to have a better interview process. On top of the horrible customer experience the floor by the salad bar and soda machine was completely sticky and multiple machines were out of tickets. Never again will I ever go back to this establishment!

Great stuffed crust pizza. Employee - customer service was great. The Manager was subpar. The kiosk machine was not accepting my payment. Manager could not help with giving my bonus time from the regular pos system.

I’ve been visiting this chuck e cheese since I was a child myself and it has declined RAPIDLY over the years.Most of the games don’t work, the staff is poorly trained. There is MOLD in the carpet around some of the old games such as the one where you take a picture in the car with chuck e. Also, the parties are NOT worth the price. My sister booked a party here for my niece which was set at 6:30pm-8:30pm however it didn’t start until a little after 7 and we were still rushed to leave. Also, her decorations were so bad & skimp and the only explanation for it was they didn’t have a decorator scheduled on that day.. the party was booked ahead of time so there’s NO reason everything shouldn’t have been ready upon our arrival.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. I wish I could call out the female who was handling the cash register and prize section but she was not wearing a name tag and the only name listed on the receipt is JESSLI. So I hope that her if not she used someone else’s name when she got on the Register. But You could tell she did not to want to be there. It was hard for her to acknowledge or even say anything when I approached the counter and just kept me waiting while she was just there rolling her eyes at other customers and talking to another employee which was more important to her at the time. When she finally walked to the register I’m just there waiting and she is just staring at me until I finally asked her if SHE was ready. Bad attitude and customer service is not a good combination including at a family establishment.

Did my daughters 3rd birthday party here.. Got the top package for 10 kids added 3 on party day so that was 13 kids total.. the manager was warm and very accommodating but the server for my party was very nonchalant and was hard to find during my party. The manager did give us two pizzas for free when she noticed i was looking for our server the whole time because our table was a mess and people wanted to place extra orders of food. I also did not receive my goodie bags or cups for the 3 extra kids i paid for and didnt realize it until i got home as to why there were not enough for all the kids.. over all the place was cool inside but they need to step it up on customer service and hire people that like kids and people!

Great birthday party setup. Enjoyed the unlimited play for 2 hours.

I was amazed at how much it has changed from when my oldest was little. I used to get sick every time i went to any chuck e cheese. I took my youngest and we had a blast. Not only was it super clean but had been totally revamped. They did away with the tokens and went to a smartchip Card format. I dont know when they did away with things like the ball pit and other such germ farms but the new look is great and easier to visually follow after your running kids if you cant keep up

First time coming to this location for my friends daughters birthday party it was nice the kids had so much fun they didnt want to leave. Very clean very nice people that work there as far as I noticed but I felt like this location is smaller then the one in glen burnie but I havent been to a chuck e cheese in years so unless they made changes to all of them but I remember the other one had the jungle gym and ball pits this one just had the games and the little rides for the little ones!

Seems like they have gotten rid of all the fun things. I still enjoy the pizza but not a lot for the kids anymore.

Always great to go back and visit with everyone you worked with had a fun evening

Its definitely not the same as when I was a child, but my daughter had a good time. I dont think I would make it a regular thing, but every so often would be enough.

Pizza was delicious. But many of the games were out of order, off, or altogether too close.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE AND ATTITUDES. Still didnt have our child’s order after 40 minutes and when we asked for a refund, they recharged us for the entire order minus that dish. When we questioned it, we were told the original order had been voided but there was no paperwork for it. The manager, Wilson, came out and threw $25 cash at us twice to get out of their faces. We refused to take it because that wasnt the point of it. Wilson also took a phone call while in the middle of talking to us WITHOUT even having the courtesy to say excuse me. I raised my voice (partly to be heard over the volume of the place) and he acted like I was threatening him and told me how disrespectful I was and to leave him alone. I am still sitting here in absolute shock that this started because they simply wouldnt give me proof of the voided transaction even though my bank statement is showing two different charges.

Our son had a great time, food choices are a bit limited.

Great fun for my 2 year old

A Saturday at 4pm and the place was not full or at capacity and my husband myself and 3yr old drove an hour and 30mins to play and they denied us to come in, said there was a law that if there arent enough tables for people then they cannot let us in, my husband and I saw 5 empty tables, they clearly had room for 2 adults and 1 child. I honestly think they were overwhelmed and didnt want to let anyone else in, I have never in all my life been treated so unkindly. Not happy about the situation at all, they lost our respect and service. I would not recommend this particular chuckie cheese to anyone. Heaven for bid they have a birthday or 2! How can a business expect to make money by turning good customers away? We drove along way and had to turn around and go home and how disappointing to a patient 3yr old.

I took my daughter here for her second birthday and it was a great place for her and her friends (all of them toddlers). We had a very nice server i honestly forgot her name but she was really kind and patient with my daughter. The even gave us a free dessert. I would totally recommend this for their childs birthday the only problem was that there was no playground but eveything else was great!!!

This location was a little on the small side. The staff was not super engaged, they looked bored. All the games appeared too be working fine, and they had the classic Chuck E. Cheese show. I guess this place is fun for kids, but I really needed a beer, and they dont serve it here!

Cleaner than other Chuck E Cheeses that I have been too, but also much smaller. Not much parking, but a lot of other shops and restaurants around.

Chuck E. Cheeses has really gone down hill. There are only 25-30 games, the place was dirty, and the prizes are terrible.

I thought the kids party would be terrible but it was actually handled really well by the staff. The kids had a blast & was easy for the parents.

This location is by far the worst Chucky Cheese, Ive ever visited. Its was hot and stuffy, management stated the A/C was controlled by corporate. (Being from Texas, this could be true.) My whole family was sweating.The staff was uninviting and seemed more annoyed that we were even there.The machines were constantly out of order.I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.

Small facility, Most of the machines did not work. The staff was friendly; they gave me my coins back when needed. Probably will not return because of the headache of dealing with children while looking for a staff member to give me my coins back.

The ticket games broke several times, the staff had terrible attitudes (I can understand it to an extent but its your job... Try to fake it), and you could tell the manager set the negative tone. The good thing about it is the kids do not really pick up on those things... If you want to put up with the above while the youngins attempt to earn those tickets...enjoy!

Good spot to bring kids on a rainy day but by nature its chaotic w/kids running around having fun which is understandable but some parents dont regulate their kids which is annoying.

If your under 8 this place is magical if your not its a sticky, stinky loud vision of what awaits the evil in the afterlife.

I take my daughter to Chuck cheese quite often. We normally go to the Glenn Burnie location . we moved to Crownsville and decided to try out the Annapolis location. By far the worst mistake . over 30% of the games and kiddie rides were out of order. We waited over an hour for a medium pizza and it was burnt. So we got pur new pizza and ate and wanted a bx for the last 2 pieces and they were out of boxes. All the had was large pizza boxes. The staff was friendly but they all seemed confused and like they had no clue what they were doing . it was really poorly managed and unkept completely. I work in this field and I was really disappointed. I think we will be going to the Glenn Burnie location still. We go on Sundays a lot and would be nice to go to the one closer but its not worth it. I just hope management steps in and gets this place in orderSo here o am a year later and my older daughter take my youngest here quite often and she loves it so we went again and tried it out . Once again it was awful. The machines were atleast up and running today however the customer service kn this place is so bad. The lady that stamps your hand wears headphones and just sits on her phone the whole time never even checks you arm kn way out to make sure you take the right kid also ordering food was just insane. It was 2 in afternoon and was not busy and there still was nobody behind the counter and when waiting fo several moments I went and asked the girl with the headphones if anyone is working the counter and her response is yes someone will see you standing there st some point . So we stood for a long time waiting to get her points on the card and our food ordered. Honnku

This one has 5 animatronic band members.Most games are for tickets.Weekday pizza buffet is about $8.50 and kids under 3 eat free.

Expensive for our large family, but the kids have a great time. Pizza is decent.

Kids always love it, but it can get crowded and with no one watching their own kids, your kid can get bullied real quick. So, watch your kids.
