The owners have helped a great many people ( late payments, or no payment at all for a month) I know this due to a being acquaintance of mine.Im sure more than I know. I have seen first hand, a home after a tennet vacated the resident ( for whatever reason ) go from not being livable due to the destruction left behind to, Looking as if the home was just delivered from the factory.I have witnessed every year asphalt being applied to the drive.It is the responsibility of the tennet to tend the lawn, and their belongings.And No Im not related to the owners, and no Im being paid in any way, and Yes Im proud to say that I call Golden Acres HOME.!!!*** A home is what you make it.

This would be an exceptional place to live if the owners didnt harass their tenants about anything and everything!!! They make accusations and nit pick about things just for entertainment it seems
