Manager hassles good people over nothing, kicking good, honest, hard-working people out of the park. Unless you have a spare 3 Grand laying around to move your trailer bad... choice to park it there.

They are a very good place its starting to be cleaned up I have some lawns I mow in there and I will take on more in the park look for PJ pressure washing on the sides of the truck if you need anything done

It isnt bad up front, did not drive all the way thru. The road going into and out of the park is horrible!!;

Wont answer the phone, wont call you back. Completely ridiculous.To clarify Ive lived here in the past and was TRYING to move back in. Guess they dont need anymore paying people with good jobs and good history. I asked if they had a spot my new place would be able to go let me know and I would immediately come do an application and deposit...Ive been trying to play phone tag with these people for 2 weeks now. Are you kidding me!? I was specifically told let me go look if this spot has the right electric set up for a newer mobile home and call you back....days ago...THANKS!!!

Its nice and quiet and everybody stays to themselves.. Not like where I used to live.. I love it because theres absolutely no drama here. The manager is also extremely nice and so sweet...

Seek elsewhere to live...the land lady is extremely vindictive and invasive. Seems to constently and purposely target residents over arbitrary things on a daily basis. I personally dont live there but have had many associates leave for these reasons and more.

I like it is quite and no one bothers you nice place to walk closer to stores.

Resided here for 9 yrs. Until new mgmt. Came in & wished to discriminate by evicting all campers. Why??? Beginning of that yr. I was paying $225 (×) mo. Rent. Later they wished to swap it to $350, raising rent, hoping to eliminate all campers. WHY??? THEY DID THE SAME TO REGULAR SINGLE WIDE & DOUBLE WIDE TRAILERS; BUT the owner BIERI ENTERPRISES Knew its easier for a camper to leave than for larger trailers to move....therefore theyd stay.....feeling stuck where the they were. Therefore by ALL CAMPERS FORCED OUT.... THIS OPENED @ 15 VACANCIES IN THE PARK. THEY THEN MOVE 15 NEW TENANTS IN BUT W/REGULAR TRAILERS (NOT CAMPERS) & WHAT DID THEY JUST DO???? Since now charging $125 more per mo. On larger units & bringing in 15 new trlr. Tenants to fill in the vacancies of prior faithful paying camper tenants: what is that???? 15 vacancies (×) $125 (more per mo.) = $1,875 MORE, PER MO., THEY ARE POCKETING......NOT INCLUDING THE 100 TRAILERS ALREADY THERE THAT ARENT CAMPERS, ARE REGULAR TRAILERS, BUT ALSO RAISED THE RENT ON. SO...... 100 SINGLE WIDES & DOUBLE WIDES THEY RAI$E RENT TO $125 ON THEM = $12,500 MORE (+) THE $1,875 FROM THE CAMPER TRANSITION I MENTIONED = $14,375 MORE......PER MONTH.....THEY ARE POCKETING OFF TENANTS WHOM HAVE ALREADY BEEN FAITHFUL TO THEM FOR YRS. I WAS THERE AS A TENANT 9 YRS. THEY DID THIS TO ME AS A TENANT SO I LEFT & THAT IS MY TESTIMONY. THIEVES. THEY SPED-RUSHED ME OUT OF THERE WHEN HERE I AM ON DISABILITY, AN EPILEPTIC, YET DOING MAINTENANCE FOR THEM. I AM RUSHED OUT OF THERE & THEY TOOK ALL MY POWER TOOLS & CONSTRUCTION TOOLS & 1/2 MY LANDSCAPE TOOLS THAT WERE IN MY OUTSIDE SHED. THIEVES..... ALL THE WAY AROUND.....TAKING MY MONEY, RAISING RENT ON ME 4X IN 9 YRS. THEREBY THIEVING MORE FUNDS FROM FROM DISABLED VETERANS., TENANTS STEALING MY 10 SPEED BIKES 3×××, twice which I filed police reports, OUT OF MY BACK YARD, then rushed out so the new maintenace could confiscate @ $1300 in carpentry, construction & landscape tools from me?!?!? With friends like that...... who needs enemies ?!?!?
