~Championship Lanes - Anderson, IN~ This is a wonderful place for a family outing, date night, to frequent by yourself, or if your part of/ interested in being part of a league. They have some pretty awesome family packages at great prices! It’s not just your ordinary bowling only, bowling alley; they have a nice size arcade, awesome selection of food, and also has its own separate bar. Not only is it kept very clean and well maintained; the staff is pretty awesome( of which you can tell so enjoy their job), and friendly as well. That’s why I would definitely recommend Championship Lanes to anyone that inquired about somewhere to go to have a good time! Be it with family, friends, or even solo; you won’t be disappointed.

The restaurant-bar has been completely remodeled. Top to bottom. It is absolutely the best bar in Anderson inside and the outdoor area has added very nice outdoor seating. This is the best decorated and what they have done with the wood as far as giving it the scorched look is outstanding. Its worth stopping in for a drink or sandwich just to see the bar.

The food was ok but the prices were way too high. My grandson had a 1/3 lb chsburger with ff. I had a chef salad. My husband had a taco salad. We had an appetizer and thats it. Our chk. including tip was $65.80 WOW.

I liked it better before they remodeled. I bowl here for an event once a year. Its a fun place with reasonably priced drinks, good food, and bowling lanes that seem to be about as good as anywhere else. But they removed the more traditional seating around the ball returns and made it all more open. I liked the feel better when there was more separation between the bowling area and the eating/socializing areas. When they remodeled, it also took out a lot of the space where you could store bags, shoes, coats, etc. Not that big a deal, but I didnt see it as much of an upgrade. Different, but not better.

This is a nice big bowling alley with 43 Lanes in the process of being remodeled. As of May 19th, they were about halfway done with the remodeling in the new part looks great! The scoring system is very modern. The restaurant / bar has a huge selection of food and drinks. With the remodel it looks like theyre bringing everything up to Ada code. I was there for the Indiana middle school bowling championships. The proprietor, David, seemed very welcoming. He did go on a couple times about not bringing food or drink into the bowling alley because of County regulations, which seemed unnecessary, but not a big deal. I noticed there are signs on the front doors prohibiting concealed carry, which doesnt really hold much salt in Indiana, but I definitely wouldnt open carry here, which is legal in Indiana. There were no changing tables in the bathrooms. There was not near enough seating for our event, but they did bring in some small bleachers for people to sit on in The Concourse. This was not a normal event though. Im sure theres plenty of seating for a regular Friday or Saturday night. All in all, the staff seemed very helpful and friendly.

Championship Lanes looks MUCH better after the remodel. And I LOVE the billiard-style paint on the bowling balls. AND theyre all in a centralized location. No more going up and down the lanes to look for the kind of bowling ball you want/need. Outstanding work! I WILL be back!

New Years Eve December 31st 2019. My Wife and I were very disappointed. Our expectations from the advertisement was not met. The best thing I can say about tonight was the equipment did not brake down. 1st, I would not call the buffet huge. especially when you have meatballs, tiny tacos, chicken nuggets, and pretzel bits, which were all barely warm. It was advertised a bottle of champagne to ring in the new year! Instead we received a small plastic cup with very little champagne in it. The cost for the night was $130.00 and for what it was. We greatly over paid. Very disappointed and will most likely not be returning.

Great service and ice cold draft beer food is always good

Food good. Facility clean. Fun lights and clean rock music. Some video games steal tokens. Our Lane kept messing up scores and Bumper pads for kids was broken. Adult employees are nice and helpful. Younger employees need training on communication with customers. If these problems get addressed, then I will likely return more frequently.

Its very clean food is so much better than expected. Renovations ar getting completed on the bar area. Its way above where I thought it would be. Everyone should bowl.

Great high school bowling event here. Unfortunately the food service was slow with unrealistic wait times. I get there are times the kitchen will get backed up and food is slow to come out, but when you are told it will take 20-25 minutes and when you go to pick it up almost 30 minutes later and you are told it will be another 20-25 minutes, it gets frustrating. Then it takes another 10 minutes beyond that... I think they just need to improve on their systems and they will be ready to rock those big, high-volume events.

Nice looking for a bowling alley, lanes were in so-so shape, dont bother with the arcade as every machine steals your tokens, and the workers are less than enthusiastic to be there. Overall, its alright.

Bowling was fun, service and food was great but tried telling us to leave cause of cosmic bowling before our paid bowling was up.

Boyfriend and I had our first date here. Wanted to go for our anniversary. Called TWICE to make sure it wasn’t a league night, no answer both time. So we go to find out. We get turned away saying only Tuesday and Wednesday had opening bowling. Definitely spoiled our first date place.

Had a great time of family bowling! The lanes are well kept and the counter help was friendly and helpful in helping us find the best plan for us money wise and fun wise. We rented shoes and there were five of us and we played for a couple of hours and really had a great time. We will go back for a great family day and would recommend!

We had a birthday party for our 12 year old. The staff was efficient and nice. The kids enjoyed the bowling. The only thing I didnt like was the food. I got nachos that were horrible. Bar food should be great. How do you mess up nachos?

A great place to bowl. Although I had a little trouble reading the lanes, since it isnt my home alley.

When your time is up it just shuts down. Thats my only complaintOther than that its very fun!

The cosmic bowling is the funnest part if you have kids it will be a late night luckily its on the weekend but there is a downfall lane 26 has issues are gates kept on falling down the balls took 15min to get back to you and the lane was posesed it shut down and then there was double ties

Nice place Blaze has great food

As a regular the new seating is horrible for league play. Hard to being family members just a bad design. Need to get new pinsetters being in leagues we are always late at night cause the pinsetters keep messing up.

Great alley. Food is well above average for a bowling alley. The staff were helpful and nice. The parking lot can be a little hairy, so drive slowly, especially around the entrance.There is plenty of seating on the lanes and for spectators, the bar boasts live music, and the proshop is neat with knowledgeable staff. My one complaint is the womens bathroom. It was missing a stall door when I was there in March 2019.The lanes are well-maintained. Lighting across the lanes is a bit inconsistent. Some lanes are darker than others, which matters for league & tournament bowlers, but not the casual bowler.Overall, this is a very nice establishment. I like bowling here, especially, for tournaments.

The staff are very nice and the whole time you are there it is just an awesome experience. Some of the lanes break down, but they fix it very quickly. I would not recommend eating there, the staff have messed up our orders multiple times and we have had to wait over an hour and 20 minutes just to get a cheese quesadilla and buffalo wings.

We were there for Middle school state bowling tournament and it was very crowded. Of course very few places can hold that many people and not be crowded. Unfortunately they are in the middle of some remodeling which took some extra space away.

Clean and everyone is nice

The bowling is great, but more than that is the atmosphere. My grandparents bowl here once a week, and then this past month we had a birthday party for my uncle there in one of the rooms. They had great food and the staff helped us make his birthday special. They are so involved that my grandparents know them by name. They are just some really sweet people.

Grandson had a bowling tournament there. They did not have near enough seating and then a set of lanes they were scheduled to bowl on broke. Not real impressed with the setup.

Currently in the middle school championship games and the approaches are sticky and the front desk has been told and they do nothing. They had plenty of time to address the lanes and approaches prior to Championship starting. Would not recommend a hosting of a championship game for any age if thats how they do their lanes.

The staff here were super helpful and friendly. I brought a group of kids here for bowling and they were more than accommodating!

Good place to bring family .

We had a very pleasant time last weekend. It was both of my boys first time bowling. My oldest son is special needs and they were beyond welcoming. They went above and beyond to accommodate for him to have a great time. Fabulous family fun!

Had lunch at the restaurant Blaze. Food very good but not enough help only one waitress who was also the bartender. Took forever to get food but waitress was very nice.

Poor service advised family bowl get there hr and a half b4 cosmic bowling told that we caint family bowl because it takes a hr out on lane 10 which was still underconstion the lane where they had placed extra chairs tables and vending machines we had 6 players we could bowl 3 players then the lane would shut down and have to be rest on there end the hostist had a very poor attitude said more than once it was her last day which I guess justified her fowl attitude asked to speak with a manager who never showed

Really nice bowling establishment. Has attached bar, generally with live music, but doesnt attract an unruly crowd. Lots of lanes, good prices, good size arcade that offers tickets which can be redeemed for prizes. Overall, I give it a solid A!

Update the hours on your website. Just tried coming out to bowl with my Dad and found out you werent open at 1pm like posted for Sundays. Disappointing.

We had great family fun at Championship Lanes. Fun and up beat atmosphere make this bowling alley fun for all. My kids had a blast bowling and in the arcade, where they played games for tickets that they were able to cash in for prizes. Our whole family had a great time.

Dirty approaches. They dont answer the phone. Pricey for a bowling alley. Ball return is in the way. Too many ads on the scoreboard.
