Called to ask some questions regarding the property so we knew the options in Anderson, IN and the owner (Jeff) immediately started mocking me for asking questions because too many people had called to ask about the property? It didnt really make sense, but he then proceeded to call me back and ask what my lot rent was for my mobile home park. He wasnt very polite or helpful during the process.

Its a good place to live. We like it there.

The owner is down to earth, maintenance is done in a very timely manner, the property is very well maintained. I like everything about it but I gave a 4 star review due to a lot of the places are really old, BUT they are well maintained.

I was a visitor and I just didnt feel safe here so I left

Its a dump trailers are run down & rent is to high.

The road is rough.
