I see potential in this place but I’m overall disappointed at the moment. Some of the staff members always seem like they can’t stand being there and can’t stand customers. They also need to be more strict with parents just letting their toddlers and/or preschoolers loose while they’re on their phones or chit chatting with other parents and not paying attention. I had one incident where a preschooler was bullying my son in the bounce house but his parent(s) were nowhere to be found so I had no choice but to scold and tell him to stop.The trampolines are fun, the arcade area I haven’t paid attention to but my little ones love it, they also enjoy the bounce house, there’s also a little obstacle course which they love, our oldest loves the rock wall area. There’s also snacks/drinks you can purchase and they let us bring in food due to our kids’ allergies. Other than the men’s and women’s bathrooms they have a family bathroom with a diaper changer in it. They need to improve on their customer service skills and they’re also pricey.

15$ an hour for the first hour and 7$ for each hour after that bring socks that are non slip or they will charge 3 dollars per pair, which is fair and reasonable request. They have 5 rock walls and a climbing pillars additional to the trampolines. I took 2 5 yr old girls and with the help of the employees it was very easy to keep an eye on the girls. Water is 2 dollars and a soft drink is 3. The facility was clean and all the employees were wonderful.

Staff took so long and were just talking to one another. i had to wait for at least 15 minutes just to order.

Little expensive but not bad .kids disappointed so many games were out of order.Also you guys should put the need service sticker over the coin slot So that you cant insert a coin on a broken machine. Four-year-olds cant read.

Clean and safe for kids. A little too expensive, but given all the equipment and things to keep up, i can see why. I will still take my kids here, just not everyday.

Had a fun first time but the employees that work there didn’t seem to care. One was visibly arguing and glaring at her co worker for having to open the volleyball part and stand there to watch us.

Every time we come here there is something to complain about. It took 15 minutes to get in then while the kids are playing another kid grabbed his private parts and none of the workers would do anything about it because no one working was around when it happened. They should also give a discount if you cant get a full hour in because they closing. Id just rather not come back again.

Today was my childs 9th birthday and all she wanted to do was go to shock wave, she was going to even give up the candy. So I got on their website and reserved 4 tickets to go and have a blast. I set the day October 31st and the time 5 oclock and even showed up early like the site suggested. So super excited kid right of course she would be! We get to the doors she is hoping around ready to go, and the door did not open. Sorry we are closed with a number to call for info. The guys that I talked to, wish i remembered his name, I was dealing with my now very up sat birthday girl and the guy says that the card will be refunded, did not ask my name did not really do much of anything to help. Not a great experience at all, if they were going to be closed the site should have had the 31st blocked out like I seen on other dates to jump. I still do not know weather my money will be refunded or will I have to talk to more unhelpful people manny their phones. The site made it look so fun but to be let down like that hurt one very cute birthday girl.

Wednesday is a 5 bucks ea. before 7 (Or something like that). Great way to fully exhaust my children without breaking the bank.

The specials and deals make this a great place to take my kids. The staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating our special needs. I was expecting to only be able to use one coupon at a time but they let me use one for each kid and it included socks. I didn’t have to fill out a whole new waiver, just update the old one. The park wasn’t too crowded and my kids had a lot of fun. We will be going back. Also they have good bathrooms and a family bathroom.

So much fun!! Lots of fun activities, my daughter seemed to have the time of her life, never wanted to leave and I got to join in on the fun too which was actually fun for me as well and you cant find a lot of places like that here in town! Will definitely be going back.

We just love Shockwave Trampoline Park. Yes, it can be expensive, but if you work with their specials, its very affordable and beyond worth it. We love Home School Mondays and Family Night Thursdays. The specials can make it cheap enough to go weekly. The management and staff have always been super friendly and helpful and really go out of their way to be accommodating of any requests weve had. The place is clean and very well run. Id highly recommend Shockwave if youre looking for a fun place to tire your kids (or yourself) out!

My kids really enjoyed their time here. The place is clean, has a nice open floor plan which makes it easy to watch your kids. I appreciate that you can pay less for less time, as after a few hours my kids tired out and were ready to go home.

I booked a jump time on the website. Paid for my tickets and tried to assign them to jumpers. It is a HORRIBLE site. Nothing works besides being able to purchase. I paid for one jumper to many it turns out. A 2 yr old. The staff that checked me in did nothing to reimburse me, nor were they worried about it. Even though I brought it up, twice. Im giving 2 stars because my kids had a great time but the customer service needs to be trained up.

Smaller than the other trampoline park in town, but still lots of fun for the kids. Clean.

Been multiple times and it started off rough. Over the last year the quality and condition of the facility has stayed good and the staff has improved. Way better customer service compared to Get Air and a better value in my opinion. My kids are 6 and 7 yo.

We were here visiting from San Diego we arrived for the 7:00pm hour they were really nice by not charging me for socks and towards the end let me play a little bit with my kids on the trampoline as well. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great way to let my kid give out energy before our overnight flight.

So fun! They have different areas for play (dodgeball, volleyball, obstical course, A jump area, toddler house, etc)No outside drinks or food allowed, but their pricing isnt bad. There is a small arcade area that takes only tokens (4 each)We had a party there and it was worth the price, I just wish it came with longer jump times in the package.The workers seemed to enjoy working there and be around kids. A couple of them even played with my 3 year old when we were jumping around the different areas.A place I will go again to enjoy by myself and with my kids lol.

The bathrooms where dirty. Staff was not helpful. Took forever to get checked in.

My first time going to shockwave . I really enjoyed the rock climbing and stepping podem course. I Feel like the obstacle course was kind of rough, rope was painful on my hand and feet. Besides that nice place to jump and play games.

Overall, great place to take the family to have some indoor trampoline fun. There is a lot to do, and the staff seemed to be friendly enough. Now, the downside. The arcade could use some TLC. I know, it’s an indoor trampoline park, but if you are going to have arcade games, maintain them accordingly. Even with the arcade being on the downside, this is worth the $$ and time.

Weve gone to Shockwave easily over 50 times in the last couple years, and have had 3 birthday parties hosted there. I took my 2 five year olds on New Years Eve and paid $30 for them to play for one hour, playing along with them the entire time. The staff is what is killing this place! I love the options they have. Back when we began the staff were cordial and even played with my toddlers, throwing a hoop every once in awhile, or grabbing a ball for them that rolled off.The staff now does not greet you, doesnt smile, does not speak to you or your children, or even give eye contact throughout interactions when theyre fitting kids with harness for climbing,My boys love the foam pit, love it!! I loved the foam pit in gymnastics when I was little so I get it. There were three children at Shockwave at 6 pm New Years Eve. My two five year olds, and another littler child that was sitting with their parents at a table while we were in the pit. I was on the edge of the foam pit with my boys and my son was throwing some foam pieces with my other son, staff comes up and tells my child to not have foam hit his face because its nasty. Nasty? There are germs but every time you jump in the pit foam they hit your face when youre 5, that is why we shower after we play hard there.A few minutes later another staff breaks from their group chat and tells my children, Hey, dont dig! which startled my son. My son was tossing foam squares behind him and playing, but not digging, its not as if we had reached the bottom and there was just the two of them together in the pit. Another 5 minutes goes by and the same staff comes up again, doesnt speak to me, but hollers at my preschoolers, Stop doing that!I was annoyed we were alone in a foam pit getting harrassed incessantly and spoke to the manager, Lexi. She explained that the foam pit is a course meant to work through and not idle in and she doesnt see it as an issue if they arent busy, but thats the rule. My children are too small to work their way through that pit, they get exhausted and thats why they hang 3 feet from the edge and play. If the staff would have spoke to ME and explained that they couldnt play in there, I would have understood because it was a rule. With them hollering at the kids while I was RIGHT there, I just felt very picked on. It wasnt a fun time.I dont care for the staff, and that was such a horrible one hour for thirty dollars I plan to drive out of the way to Get Air where kids can jump in the foam pit and play and do neat obstacles giving a resemblance to the way they are set up for American Ninja warrior courses.

First class experience! The staff here catered to our needs, and went above and beyond to help our kids have a great, safe time! Would highly recommend to anyone, and will be returning again soon. Thank you so much Sierra!

Very cramped when jam packed, employees eat and drink while watching customers jump which seems to be unprofessional in my opinion. They need a bigger space for parties, when my niece had her birthday here it was seemingly impossible to get ANYWHERE.

We had our daughters 11th bday here. The kids had a great time.

Employees are amazing here. The only reason why its not a 5 star is because the high pricing per person. The other thing is, it isnt all that just all the time therefore if you want to play dodgeball or volleyball there arent enough people to do so.

This place is amazing in more ways than one. Properly staffed with kind people, PLENTY of space for everyone to jump and play, lots of activities and really clean. Our son landed wrong (hurt himself enough to cry but no major injury) and the manager came over quickly to check with us and him to see if he was ok, our son was back to jumping around in less than 5 minutes - the manager made it a point to circle back and still check to see how he was doing. We will definitely be coming back.

I went there yesterday for a kids bday party with my niece. It was my first time. It was fun at first but not that many things to do. Its similar to get air. Its was okay.

I was a contractor who worked on the building. Got totally stiffed from Barry the owner.

This one is best, laser room, volleyball, dodgeball, rope swing into pit, long trampolines to run on, arcade, food, drinks, climbing walls, and yeah!

My kids had a blast. Will be back.

More modern feeling but expensive for 3 kids paid $52 to get them in the door thankfully we got to keep the socks. Lol. then paid another 25$ for 3 slices of cold pizza and a pretzel and 1 Gatorade my kids shared. I think Ill stick to bouncing bears.

I shoes at 2:50 paid for two hours and didn’t even noticed that our day there was over at 4. Here I though I got a bonus 10 mins and ended up being shorted 50 mins. The place is small and two of my kids got bored in 20 mins- not worth it and will not return.

This is a great outlet for children, especially when it comes to challenging themselves on the rock wall & the cushioned stair poles with the harness to jump down.

Trampoline is great, me my 2 year old son he loves it, he was scared at first, customer service Ill give one star,the stuff ask me not to hold my son while teaching him to jump so I feel unhappy Im not sure Im satisfied to come there anymore I would find something else.

I took my kids my kids today ranging from 13- 2years old. While helping my youngest I was told I couldnt hold his hand! I said seriously I cant help my baby so he doesnt fall and get trampled: might I add when I did stop helping him he fell and busted his lip! It was our first time here! Over priced ! I paid 80 bucks for 1 hour! Not worth it : taking our business somewhere else !

I loved it compared to get air the prices are way cheaper the grip socks are only three dollars and there is way more stuff to do. Plus all the workers are way more chill but in a good way.

When I first got there I asked an employee if there was an age limit on any of the courses and he said no except for the long stretches of trampolines. I go on the bouncy house with my 2 year old and get kicked off but it was still fairly fun get air has more of a little kids space but the rock wall here was fun

They have rules that is not posted nor mentioned. I had a guy chasing me and my autistic son telling me you cant do that. I told him Sorry, I didnt know. After the 5th you cant do that, I asked where is the rules?, he just said you cant. I think he was the manager or the owner (Cause I saw him ordering the employees around). Dont know if its a fun place, was too busy getting chased around.

Best indoor trampoline place in town!!!! My kids had fun and so did I. I will definitely be going here more often (birthday parties, family fun time, exercise, etc...)

1st: Hit with the unpleasant smell of body odor, lack of fresh air.2nd: They didnt have a separate play area for kids under 5, only a bounce house. Teenagers and very small children mixed into areas like dodge ball, volleyball, and ninja course and playing at the same time.3rd: The staff did not enforce rules in their areas. Not sure if its lack of training and experience or just laziness of the younger staff.4th: They had more of a variety of stations to enjoy than Get Air but the safety and cleanliness is lacking at Shockwave.I would not recommend this to my friends or family.

This place is super fun for the whole family. However, the staff is inattentive and let kids do whatever they want. This caused some super close calls, as kids were not following the rules and no one was doing anything about it. Be prepared to police your children, and other peoples children as well.

Never coming back to shockwave. There staff aint staff. They dont know how to manage a business. They have rules but kids/adults dont know the rules. If there kids get hurt, dont blame it on the company. Its not the kids fault that the parents dont know how to watch there kids.
