You might not expect much from the exterior facade of the Alaska Jewish Museum. Or even from the interior, as you step into the small room that houses the rotating exhibits. But once you start exploring the displays, youll find yourself deeply engrossed in the expertly curated stories being told there. Some which you wont find anywhere else in the world, let alone the internet!Whether youre interested in learning more about the early and current Jewish population, or Alaskas planned role in WW2 relocation, this museum will have something for you to explore the next time you visit Anchorage.

Interesting information, rare artifacts and mementos relating to Jews who have historical influence on Alaska. Enjoyable, educational, and well worth it.
No receptionist and the employees are rude
Good place to visit. Knowledgeable people.
Wonderful. Not to be missed
Small but very interesting and will presented presentations of Jewish interest and about Jewish connections to Alaska. When we went there, there was an exhibit about Alaska Airlines, and how they helped rescue and bring home the Jews of Yemen! It was very very cool.
Such a pleasant surprise
