A well established company with almost all your crafting needs and ideas. I like that they have booklets in different areas of the store for ideas (I.e. beads/jewelry, flowers, materials). Friendly helpful staff with custom framing in the store. Four stars only because prices can vary being more expensive compared to other local craft stores.

It was definitely a big mess. Things are just way over priced, especially when I can go to Walmart for the same thing cheaper.

Didnt meet anyone named Michael so I dont know what all the fuss is about

You can literally be stuck in this store. So many amazing ideas and different options available, if your just browsing; plan at least an hour to be amazed in every aisle.

Sorry guys but Walmart had the stuff I needed at a cheaper price.

I love crafting things and they always have new and interesting things for grownups and kids! I just love to walk through the aisles and look at everything. You never know what youre gonna find!

I love coming to Michaels! Fun, well-organized, and great prices. I got an awesome Christmas sweater on sale that was a big surprise. Made my day. Staff was helpful when I needed something, even though it is their busy season.

Was looking for a specific type of rubber tipped paint brush. An employee helped us look for it (didnt just tell us what aisle) which was great. We didnt find exactly what we wanted, and the one the employee suggested didnt work out either. But at least they were willing to help!

Very nice variety of products. I love the seasonal items each season. The sales are great.Employees could work on thier friendliness.

Its an okay craft store. A little on the pricier side except for the clearance items.

Staff was nice and helpful but was amazed at how many things this store doesnt sell. 500 different versions of 1 item kind of thing instead of 2 different items.

Michaels is always great. No one is ever pushy in this store. They check in, see if they can help you, and let you be. Its a rather stress free environment in terms of wanting to shop on your own. The cashiers are friendly, talkative, and make you feel like a regular- even if you arent. Its a great place for crafts or to look at the seasonal selection they have out.

Gave to say that I am very pleased with my experience today. Walking is a big issue and they were very helpful in pointing me in the direction I needed to go so I did not have to walk the whole store searching for what I needed. It is a little crowded and not really handicap isle friendly but I love the Michaels for all my crafting needs!

Usually have what i need and often have sales.

I love this store in general. The sales are always great and I love the variety. This particular store is always well stocked and the staff is very helpful. My only disappointment is when u order online. Even if u have it delivered to the store, you will be charged a fee. Therefore I do not make online purchases with these guys till that rule is changed. Thier competitors do not charge the customer when shipped to the store for pick-up. (Hence the absence of the 5th star)

Great place for crafts, seasonal decorations or party supplies. Great assortment of glues and glitters for making slime which my daughter loved. Good framing work for a couple prints I have.

Ended up walking out bc my husband and I walked around the entire store and couldnt find what I was looking for, OR an employee to ask. The only employee in sight was on our way out, busy at the register. Who knows...maybe they had staffing issues that day. I think its great that they have events for kids and adults every weekend. Its always awesome when youre able to take your kids to do fun things for free!!

Michaels always has what I need for any project I am planning or doing. We recently went in for paint brushes and saw they had every art supply we could ever need.

Ordered online to pick up in store only to drice there after receiving an email stating my order was ready. When we arrive for pick up they inform me they cant honor my purchase

Couldnt find help to save my life. Went in for a frame but left without one due to the fact they attempted to charge me 120$ for a 15in by 36 in frame with acrylic covering instead of glass. The store had very narrow aisles so if youre over weight would not suggest entering. Also there was an older woman who would not stop staring at me; made me extremely uncomfortable. Do not plan on returning.

I love Michaels but this store is quite small and they never have items that are available in store only. I wish they would expand their sticker selection and include more in store only items.

I am An avid crafter, could spent hours in this store but the prices are high, so I enjoy looking and if they have a good coupon or I need something last minuteit is worth the trip. Other than that it is likely better to shop around for better prices
