Extremely polite and helpful staff, well organized and clean. Prices good and selection is very good, albeit mens toys are quite limited but good quality overall.

The guy was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I will not visit again. My first and last. If I wasnt in need of something I would have walked out. I have no idea how they do any business
