Very nice and friendly atmosphere. I am physically challenged and had a hard time trying to sit on (and staying on) the high stools. Im sure they have low tables but we had front row seats and my 3 friends didnt have an issue so I stayed put..more or less.

I have to tell you in my lifetime I have never experienced anything like I did tonight at the warehouse. We went out tonight for my friends birthday and we were being stalked the whole night by the bouncers for taking selfie‘s of each other and we were told we weren’t allowed to do that. Then we spoke to the manager and she said she was very sorry for the way we were treated that they were new and they didn’t understand the rules. They said we weren’t allowed to take pictures of the band or the crowd because they were so worried about their liquor license.She told us that they were getting in trouble for having live bands there and they didn’t want us to show in videos or pictures that they had a crowd in there. We told her we weren’t posting anything, only taking pics to remember our friends birthday.Then the manager, Rose, came over to our table and lowered her mask and proceeded to say to us she wasn’t going To allow our friend to disrespect her workers. We said to her we don’t know what you’re talking about and she went on and on to say that our friend walked by the bouncer waving his phone with the video on. That was Totally fabricated by the bouncer, as our friend NEVER did that. She was yelling about it to us with her mask lowered and in our face with her awful coffee breath. I asked for the check and we left.This is a very cheesy establishment and I can assure you I will never go there again. We are professional adults in our 50s and 60s and we were basically being harassed for having fun.I just hope none of us come down with Covid after her very unprofessional Behavior and lowering her mask to yell at us with her really stinky coffee breath and possibly Covid related breath!!!

Normally a great time and fantastic music, me and my friends were going every other week with a 10+ party and ringing up very high bills every time. Last week we decided we weren’t going to drink and just listen to music n eat food because we’re staying sober this month. The staff was very unfriendly due to us not spending the normal amount we would, and refused to give us tap water after one refill, which Is horrible if you ask me, and said we needed to order more food if we wanted to stay for the remainder of show, even though we spent the $25 minimum per person. The place was nearly empty so it wasn’t due to space. I thought it was very rude and we are no longer inclined to return even though we love the music they have.

One of the worst experiences ever!!! We have been to the Warehouse a number of times before without incident. We love the music they book there!. On Halloween we got there, in costume for our 7:30 reservation. We were seated at our table and the waiter took our order and brought our drinks. We ordered our food probably at 7:45 or 7:50 and by 9:30 our food had not arrived. We had already ordered our second drink and then the appetizer (3 shrimps and 4 tiny stuffed mushrooms) finally arrived at 9:45, about 2 hours later. The waiter asked if we wanted another drink but with no food (really) we told the waiter we didnt want one, instead purchasing water and asked why the food was taking so long. He said it’s the kitchen and had nothing to do with them. I then said I wanted to speak to manager and that we were going to leave. Someone came over to us, a female, and dont know her name. She said to please stay and that she would pay for our dinner. We agreed and expecting at least the salads next (which really doesnt take long to make), another almost 30 minutes went by without any food, at that point I was upset and told the waiter (who then told me he was one of the managers) that we wanted our check and to leave. He was nasty is his responses to me when I asked why after 2 and 1/2 hours we didnt have dinner. He gave me the bill which was over $84, which included $34 for 2 very small Manhattans (I dont recall paying that much for such small drinks before), and a $14 tip. I got upset about the tip mostly and walked over to find a manager (at the front entrance) to tell them to take the $14 tip off because I felt that the service wasnt anywhere close to what it shouldve been. The waiter/manager came over to me with a new bill to sign which I did and handed back to him and after he took it he then came back over to us as we were getting up to leave and said to me what went on was the kitchens fault and thanks for stiffing me on the tip! We were there 3 weeks ago for Mystic and there were just as many people there that night with no problems and that particular night was an open menu. Halloween was a limited menu and shouldve been easier. There are other places I can go to and with all that is going on, I had my reservations about going out on Halloween but did anyway as I like the music the Warehouse books, even if dancing isnt allowed. We ended up having to go to the Wendys drive thru for food. I never expected to be treated like I was last night and wont be coming back

This is a great place to see a show and have good bar type food. Plenty of room to dance. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the chairs. They are rock hard with little to no back support. If that isnt an issue for you, then youre good. If you have a back issue be warned.

We saw completely unchained the Van Halan cover band. They were good but i enjoyed the 2nd band modern touch more. There songs were songs you could dance to. The food was very good. And the server was attentive.

The place is nice and the food is good. The only thing is they charge a cover even if you have dinner reservations. There are signs on the table saying each person must order 2 drinks and a food. When you get to the table and start ordering the waiter/waitress will ask you for a card to hold down a tab even if you prefer to pay cash. When you go pay, they will continue to hold the card until the bill is paid in full. The process is long, tedious and honestly tacky.

The country bands I go to on Tuesdays are great w a lot of my favorite songs. Its never crowded. Just the right amount. No cover to. I love the dance lessons.

The Warehouse has potential to be a great spot if managed differently. The band was great, the food was good... but I have never experienced such rudeness at a restaurant... The attitude given was so upsetting that it really tainted the evening. There is a cover to get in, even if you are sitting down to eat dinner/order drinks. It is an expensive night out and to be treated so poorly is unacceptable. I would never go back, and would never recommend to a friend.

Been there twice the first time was completely too hot when complain to the owner he said hell be fixed in minutes never was and they have the nerve to charge you $3 for water which is from Costco Kirkland brand. Bought the whole case for the price of only getting one

I would have enjoyed it more if the waiter was not so rude. Not only did he forget our drinks but, when I had to get the drinks myself at the bar and said something he was so rude about it. The venue has to be a good one for me to visit again.

Came here to watch Kamellot, my favorite Long Island band. The venue is fairly large but intimate. The stage and sound system was fantastic

Nice place. Looks exactly like JK Farrels. I preferred the old decor better when it was the Mouse Trap. It was more of an upscale jazz club atmosphere then. Now its more like a bar with music.

Great bar and venue for bands. Long Island now has another great place to see bands, sing along and dance. The bar food is quite good, but there also a few good restaurants near by so the location is perfect. This place can get packed but the attitude of the crowd is peaceful and there to have a good time.This is another venue by the owners of KJ Farrels, so they know how to run a great place with a great vibe. The door security is friendly typical of their warm customer approach.For management...when this place settles in please open a venue on the North Shore. The competition there is scarce and the people are hungry for a great venue.

I can not say enough about this place! This venue is a fantastic place to watch any band. The waitress are awesome and very well accomadating. Got a chance to met the owner who has made a great place here in Amityville to spend an evening eating and enjoying a band or 2.

Went to check out The Warehouse L.I. tonight and caught an awesome Billy Joel / Elton John cover band, Face To Face. They were really great and kept the crowd rockin through the entire set. The venue is very spacious with plenty of tables and seating. The service was very good. Our server, I believe his name was Nick, came back frequently to check on us after our original server went AWOL. He informed us that she had left because she didnt feel well.We ordered the cheeseburger platter, a buffalo chicken wrap, and panko fried shrimp. All of which were pretty decent for bar / lounge food. The cucumber mojitos were delicious. I also had two Guinness which were available in a can only, so I was a little disappointed in that. But I enjoyed them nonetheless. Considering we got three hours of (really great) live music, food, and drinks, the bill was very reasonable. Even though we noticed that there were three Guinness on the bill when we only ordered two. We didnt mention it, because mistakes happen and our server was really on point with the service itself. We would definitely go back again, as it was a really fun evening. Not to mention, close to home. :-)Not a complaint really, but if I could recommend anything? Actual pint glasses. Drinking beer out of a mason jar seemed kind of hokey.

Great bartender, cover charge at 7:00 on a Saturday night huge turn off when doorman doesnt know the name of the band.Our experience was poor we arrived at just after 7,told bouncer we had dinner reservations across the street at Vitorrios at 8 and would just be having a couple of drinks and getting takeout dinner for my daughter, all was good as he didnt charge us but at 7:55 as we turned to leave the bar after squaring up with the bartender he lightly grabbed my arm to tell me we had been there to long without paying.We were leaving after spending $120 and will not return unless the cover policy changes to a later hour.They are missing out on a lot of early evening business from vitorrios diners as the restaurant has very little room in its bar area and it was nice to just cross the street to have a couple of comfortable drinks.According to the door man they charge the cover even if you are eating dinner,I have never paid a cover to eat dinner nor will I. Place has huge potential but will turn off many as the week before there was a line outside when we left dinner and the night we went in,no line when we left dinner,wonder why?

Im sure the place looks nice, but I wouldnt know. I spent most of my night by the front door because they overcrowded the place and there was no where to go. Couldnt get to the bar at all because people claimed their spot and wouldnt let anyone in to order a drink. Too many tables near the stage so I couldnt even see the band. Lasted all of 45 mins before I decided to just cut my losses. What a waste of $10 cover charge and a drive from Nassau County. Thank goodness for Amity Ales across the street where I could at least sit and enjoy a beer and not feel like I wasted a 40 min drive to check out the newest music venue. Such a disappointment especially since me and my party of 6 were so excited to check it, reluctant to go back again.

Great venue. Good lineup of bands. Convenient South Shore location.JUST MAKE SURE YOU DONT EAT THERE ! VERY LIMITED MENU.FOOD SUCKED ! CANT EVEN ORDER SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A SALAD WITH CHICKEN. I ordered a Caesar salad with what I thought was going to be grilled chicken. As you would typically get, even in a diner. What I got was a Caesar salad, which wasnt half bad, but it came with a piece of MICROWAVED chicken. Thats right. A Rubbery, un-chewable, un-cuttable pipece of microwaved chicken.My girlfriend ordered shrimp tacos. Hold the green & red peppers as she cant eat them. What was brought to the table were shrimp tacos with Jalapeno peppers . So not only did they give her peppers, but they were hot and spicy on top of it.. Had to return them for a plain cheese quesadilla. And it just took FOREVER to get the meal.AGAIN, EAT BEFORE YOU GO and youll have a better time.
