Parking is awful. The lots are really tiny. Theres no management on the property . You have to call with any questions durring evening hours. Then she has an attitude and says shes overworked as a nurse. Not the place to live!!!!

Very nice area. Went and visited my hubbys grandma. It was a beautiful home. She had a nice place. Her bathroom is bigger than ours...so jealous but of course so happy to know she has such a good place to live.

Absolutely love it! My mom just moved here. It is a great place for her.

Nice homes and location.

Having lived there for 10yrs its nice enough in the area I live, however there is an older section not so well maintained. Mngt. Is slow to respond to phone calls plus theyve increased lot rent last 4 yrs.NO manager on site so it makes communication difficult at best.Added 3/17/19- STILL NO on site mngr, Refuses to hire one! NO communication with outside mngt., wont even return calls. AND by the way, they increased lot rent AGAIN!

Nice park. Used to be a bargain compared to lot rent at other parks but rates keep creeping up

I went there for business but it is a very nice Mobile Home Park. It is well maintained in the mobile home and the Lots are attractive.
