We were supposed to be playing Bats this summer, but with COVID and the season getting pushed back, we couldn’t do it anymore due to things that had been scheduled later in the summer when the season would have originally been already over. Of course it was not 3t’s fault that the season was pushed back, but it also wasn’t ours. Nor was it our fault that we had other obligations previously scheduled. At this point, we have tried unsuccessfully to get them to return at least our tournament fees. We haven’t asked for any of the other $500 we have paid since we do have a uniform and did do some practices over the winter. But we played in not one single tournament and would really like that money we paid back, as it’s not a small chunk of change. At this point, we can’t even get 3t’s to respond to us and even tell us if they are planning to refund our money or not. They have ghosted us. Again, we understand COVID and moving the season was not their fault, but again, it’s also not ours. It just seems like very poor business to not even respond.

The staff and coaches are so nice and supportive. So glad I have a kid playing there this year.
