I do buisness with the park all the way threw and threw great staff great people great property management company ...good place to be.

This place is great if you want to live in a quiet nice place. The staff that runs this place are very friendly and they will provide assistance if you need it. They have a place for laundry and a pool that opens in the summer.

When you need some information. No body there. On office hours.

I have experience here and it is pretty nice, the swimming pool is clean and pet friendly except no walking dogs outside the homes, also the places may make creek noises because it is a trailer home and thats that, could use longer use of hot water as well great with a playground for kids and theres even a laundry room here! Enjoy...

Having lived in this park for 24 years I can say this. The neighbors are quite and respectful, the management has also been very respectful; of privacy and most other concerns. There was at one time a lot of obvious drug dealing and use but that was quite some years ago and has since been cleaned up thanks to new ownership and diligent management. So it is and I believe will continue to be a great place to live. It is a family and kid friendly place as well as a great place for senior citizens if your ready to retire.
