During our visit no covid restrictions were being followed. The employees did wear mask but the guest didnt and the place was full, so we ordered to go. The steaks were ok nothing over the top. I ordered a baked potato with the works but only got the bake potato and no works. We ask for steak sauce but didnt get that. Overall the meal was expensive and not worth it!!

This event center is very nice and well maintained. The chairs are comfortable, the stairs are easily manageable, and they have an elevator available. There’s a bar on the second floor with beverages- alcohol and non. The restrooms are accommodating so there’s usually not a line. They do need more parking, but I don’t know where they’d put it. The civic center is across the street and you can park there.

Okay so number one this hotel is the nicest hotel Ive ever stayed in for the money it was awesome the waitstaff is amazing the people that work here are very nice the room was amazingly huge had two different rooms in it two TVs very very nice place and very clean the cleaning people do a great job they dont miss anything I give this hotel a 5 out of 5 stars and I would definitely recommend this place to everybody I know great job guys keep up the good work. By the way embassy suites you need to give these people at this location a raise because they do a wonderful job.

Beautiful pieces. Lots of art in the lobby. Didnt feel overwhelmed by the art. As a matter of fact, it was difficult imagine that we were in an art museum had the woman at the front desk not pointed out that we were sitting in the middle of multiple art pieces. It was a nice surprise.

The Amarillo Symphony performed music from Western movies. It was amazing! Andy Chase and Meghan Collier spoke about each score and a cowboy poet from Lubbock had a few songs. Amarillo is lucky to have such an amazing place

Though smaller than the building across the street. it houses a good size audience and offers great opportunities to experience Operas, orchestras, and plays of varying types. i would like too see it have additional room as at times it will be sold out and full.

Always a great place to catch a concert or show. Amarillo Symphonys Holiday Pops this afternoon! Sold out every year and this year no different.

Its An Amazing Place To See&Of Course Hear Concerts

Very cool place right in the heart of Amarillo. I would have never known it was there! Im pretty sure any seat in the house, is a great spot to watch from.Very clean, and its easy to get to. Lots of parking as well.Very impressed

The acoustics are great and the concert was exceptional. I just wish they had more.

Everything about this experience was top notch. The venue, the staff, and the orchestra. If you havent been, youre missing out!!

It is an absolutely beautiful building inside and out! Their is not a bad seat there, the sound of the symphony is superb everywhere, and I have sat in every section at least once. Would most definitely recommend everyone go to at least one symphony here.

Friends of Fogelberg concert was as fantastic as in the past! Especially liked Insufficient Funds & also Maggie Scales singin . Joe Ed cant be beat - what a presence he makes! Bob Hopkins piano & singing like the pro he is. A J Swopes former drummer the best in Amarillo & probably Dallas too. I know Im forgetting some more but you were all gr8! Special thanks to Tarpley Music. Also cant forget Dr. Kibbey as Mr. Rogers & alter ego Neil Diamond. I think his singin gets a little better every year. Stayed on much of the X I think. Shouldnt quit day job (urology) though. Great concert. Cant wait till next year!

All of the Amarillo Youth Choir performances are here, and I really dislike this venue. While it is beautiful and there is a lot of seating, the arms of the seats are very narrow and you are forced to rub elbows with people on either side. Not to mention the horrendous parking!!! There is too much going on between here and the Civic center to provide enough parking accommodatiins for every patron. It is ridiculous!

I love this place. So nice and welcoming. My daughter and granddaughter are Opera singers and I frequent here often.

Very nice place if only they had more parking available. Before the city of Amarillo allowed a huge hotel to be built nearby there was ample parking around the building. Now you better get there early or be ready to park on the streets.

First time at the symphony and it was spectacular!

Seats are small tight leg room but the accoustics are great. If they updated the seating this venue would rival theaters found in larger cities.

Its a beautiful center for a variety of shows. The building is built to have the best acoustics possible. It has two levels of seating and you get a pretty decent view no matter where you sit.

Such an enjoyable venue. I have been to lectures, and concerts and art shows here. The perfect place with acoustics that are unbelievable!

Saw the Vienna Boys Choir with a couple of numbers with the Amarillo Boys Concert Choir. Very entertaining. The boys were great. ABCC did a great job. Thoroughly enjoyed VBC and thier director.I thought that the Going News Center for the performing arts was adequate but not great. While it said that the tickets were sold out, there were plenty of empty seats. Dont know why, if it was indeed sold out.

This space is absolutely beautiful. One of the most gorgeous and well designed spaces. I love seeing the Amarillo Symphony perform here because there is no bad seat in the house

We were there for my step daughters schools chorus concert. The place it huge. It was well laid out but that difficult to find out where we needed to go. The seats were typical movie style rows with not a lot of leg room. The seats were also not very comfortable. Had a hard time finding anyone to ask and answer our questions
