On my drive across the United States, I found your wonderful establishment. I want to let you know that your staff was very welcoming and a handful of regulars that were there playing in the dart tournament made me feel as if I’ve been a regular at your bar for years. My first drag show experience and it was fun! It was a cool place inside and out and the bartenders were awesome as well.

I went in on St. Patricks day. It was a Thursday. It was a pleasant place and the people were nice. It was a bit dead though. They have weekend shows every weekend Id like to check out. No complaints except Thursday is dead.

Stopped in Amarillo for a night and decided to check the 212 out. It was a Thursday so expectedly it was dead, but the bartender Kevin was extremely hospitable and welcoming. Strong drinks, relaxed atmosphere. Would like to check it out on a Friday or Saturday.

Friendly bartenders. But I brought a friend in last night to watch the Halloween costume contest. Hes 20 so it costed 20$ to get him in. The contest was already over before we got there, so we went to leave and was told we couldnt get the 20$ back. Didnt even walk past the entrance area yet. Considering I always buy beer and tip good when I do go in, I felt the refusal of refunding the 20$ was in bad taste. Other than that its a decent place with friendly employees.

Obnoxious in the best ways. Some of the regulars can be a little difficult but for the most part people are just happy youre there. The staff is incredibly friendly and the bartenders will make you a real cocktail. The shows are usually lit.

Its a great place where you feel like family

So I came here on a Saturday. Let me just say I have never been to such a boring and talentless gay bar. The drags kept on going after 12, and they don’t know how to entertain or talk to a crowd. You can’t understand what they’re saying, and all they know how to communicate is “hello, hello, hello, hello” Music is subpar, but hey it’s Armarillo, Texas, so I can’t complain.

Nice croud and great bartenders, but very smokey. In wouldnt recommend to a non smokerDidnt stay long due to smoking
