We enjoyed our first experience at Starz! Their staff was very friendly and helpful, and Coach Christina was a very fun and animated teacher for the little ones! My 4 year old daughter loved it!

A nice and affordable way to have fun, great for birthdays and parties. there is a faint smell of chlorine since this was once a pool, and now a smell of rubber from the rubber matting surrounding the trampolines.

The kids always have a great and beg to come back! It’s half the price of other places around town and better trampolines and friendlier workers!! We love visiting Starz!

My kids love it here! One of my kiddos takes Ninja class here and loves it and the other took gymnastics. We also love the fun jumps! We have had birthday parties here as well. All very reasonable priced, great coaches, safe place and great fun for the kids!

The family and I love coming to this place! Theres so much to do and its a really clean facility! You cant beat the prices! They even have drop off options for certain ages! Friday night date night drop off for all ages! Our kids are always so excited to jump here!

The owners do not keep up with there equipment theres been a rip in one of the big tramps for well over a year, way overbook the facility and do not take care of there employees!!

We just had my sons birthday part here and we all had a great time! The staff was friendly and very helpful and the set up for our party worked perfect for us.

I called Starz to ask a question but they were unable to answer the phone. Within a couple of minutes I received a text from them apologizing for the missed call. In addition, they also sent several texts detailing their services. Incidentally, the information sent out answered my question and I took 5 kiddos for a fun jump! Two days later I received a message from the owner, following up on my request. This is the kind of service and personal attention that makes me feel valued as a customer. Take note, local business owners!

I absolutely love starz I come every Friday and it’s always a blast. The staff treats me along with everyone else as if we are their kids. I highly recommend starz for anyone that wants a cheap way to have fun!!

Had my sons 9th birthday party there and the day ended with a bang for him!!! Had the party planned ...cake ...everything I felt needed to be done done! Day started very very rough! We ended up late at our own party! Stars help make my sons day so very special!! Him and all his little friends had a blast! Thank you guys so much for help me make my sons day so special for him!!!

I really like coming here because the trampolines are so bouncy. I also love that the tumble track is very long. It is a good place to practice flips, handsprings, and tucks; some gyms wont allow these things! :( The foam is worn down and gets in my eyes; I am told they are in the process of replacing it. My experience with the staff is that they have been rude, except for the one woman (red-headed, do not know her name) who works the front desk. I have been going to Starz for years and have found it to be dirty, and it smells of sweat (but it is a gym after all). On my last visit, it was extremely hot in there and it usually smells like sweat. The air vents have been covered in thick dust every time I have been there. I did not notice them on my last visit. The other reviewers have also complained of the same things. I think that if they will get these things fixed, they will have a far better gym and fun jump place. Id like to see improvements, so that I can bump it up to 5 starz!

I brought my son and a couple of his friends here to jump. They enjoyed swinging on the ropes and jumping on the trampolines. The staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous.

This is a great gym with amazing coaches! My daughter loves her class time and has progressed amazingly quickly!

I have been there and the place is great and it just makes me very mad when they don’t answer there phone ! I have called 3 times and no answer it just is some ladie talking and does not give me the information I need and then I leave a message there is no replie ?!?

Well when I went the staff was wonderful and very attentive. It is a wonderful place for children to gather for a birthday party or for fun jump. But my only concern was when I saw a lack of llamas. I wanted my children to be able to gather and enjoy a llama but upon discovering the lack of llamas they proceeded to resort to having a mental breakdown-The Bean Man

I thought this place was half decent when I first started coming here. I was wrong. The owner is a complete douche bag and the staff doesn’t care about anything. I will not be returning. Don’t waste your money on this establishment. Spend a little extra and go to AirU.

Weve been to starz many times for fun jumps and have even taken a few classes here.This past Fri my daughters went to the fun jump...they are either 2 or 4 hour chunks of time. I stayed there watching them for the first 2 hrs. They decided they wanted to stay longer so i paid for more time and went to run some errands.When i returned to get my girls i found that my daughter had been jumped by 2 older girls that she didnt know.Apparently one of the employees saw them messing with my daughter to which they said yall cut it out or well make you leave.2 mins later when the coach went back to videoing other kids with her phone the girls attacked my kid again.Thankfully other kids at the fun jump helped my daughter get out of this position.The helpers even communicated that the coaches saw and heard the bullies cussing at other kids and did nothing.There is a serious lack of people in charge at these fun jumps.My daughter was terrified & humiliated.We are so disappointed in the lack of staff, rules & accountability at this facility.There is no standard of behavior held and the coaches/staff are busy chatting with each other and on their phones not keeping the kids in attendance safe.

We recently attended a birthday party at Starz & the service was the worst, ever. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude & apparently on some kind of power trip about the paperwork. She said I needed to write illegibly so she could read it. She then whited out what I had written & had my husband re-write it. The form requires your address 3 times, which is a little ridiculous, but either way my handwriting was fine until she corrected me...The party was scheduled from 4-5:30p. At 5:26pm, the staff announced that they were closing & that everyone needed to leave. The parents of the birthday boy were gathering his gifts & trying to clean up after themselves & they turned the lights off at 5:36pm. Completely rude & out of line. When I asked if we needed to clean up the mess, one of the employees stated we will clean it, yall just need to goWe will NEVER have a birthday party or anything else here because of the way we were treated at this party. No one else at the party will ever go there again, I am 100% sure. I hope the owners of this facility will get their employees in check. Teenage girls should not be allowed to run a business without any supervision whatsoever by an adult.

Rudest place ever. Stay away. We went for a birthday party, and they wouldn’t let my six year old jump because she just got her ears pierced. She had studs on with rounded backs. They wanted us to take them out. We left with her crying. They would not work with us at all. We offered to put bandaids over them, still no. She takes gymnastics elsewhere...no problem there. Starz said their insurance wouldn’t cover it.

Absolutely love Stars Gymnastics! My kids love going and be able to jump and do tricks on their amazing trampolines, play in the huge foam pit, and feel welcomed by the down to earth staff. Thank you so much Stars for having a place where kids come, be safe, have fun, and have an amazing time!

Here for open jump. Definitely a rundown building but thats okay. Tons of trampolines, foam pot and swinging ropes. They pretty much let the kids do their thing...within reason Im sure. Lost a star because the parents area is a row of plastic chairs by the entrance. A table or couches would be nice. Not sure if Im allowed to leave but that would be great if they arent going to make a nice space. There is a TV but you cant see it from the chairs. No wifi. So for parents its 3 stars. For kids its 5 stars.

The staff was very rude and she was giving us dirty looks. The place also smells like public park restroom. PLS CLEAN THE PLACE AND BE BETTER AT TREATING CUSTOMERS RIGHT!!

Hands down the best trampoline park in Amarillo!! Friendly staff, clean, and amazingly fun for all kids! Made my 14 year old birthday a success. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Worst place to go for jumping! The facility is dirty and smells like public restroom when you walk through the door. The staff overlooks all things going on that are completely unsafe but if you dare walk on the mat with tennis shoes on to chase a 1 year old baby then they jump all over you! They throw balls across the trampoline while other kids are jumping and my niece fell on a ball and broke her ankle in two spots. Nobody from the staff came over to check on her while she was laying on the floor crying hysterically! It seems like they need to re-evaluate their safety rules and maybe upgrade their facility! Hate this place and will NOT be going back! If you want clean and fun jumping then go to Air U, their facility is WAY cleaner and their staff is WAY more friendly!

Went the to my neices birthday party here from 1 to 3pm. The kids had a blast but this place is filthy and the staff is very very rude! At 2:45 one of the staff came to our area and started yelling at us that we need to get our stuff n get out because he had to clean up for the next party!! My neice paid for a 2 hr party its not her fault Starz Gymnastics over booked! And I am not exaggerating when I say he came at us yelling to get out. I do not recommend this place at All! Very very disappointed!!!

Horrible!! Absolutely the worst staff and place. The place is run down amd disguising! Do not book a party here! They take your money and then make the rules so strick that the kids cant even have fun. There are other places in town that are friendly and will make your childs birthday fun.

By far, the most unprofessional and disorganized place Ive ever been to. And it always seems they just need fees and fees, then somethings you buy you never get. Never coming back, which Im sure theyre happy about, because Im not a parent that lets people walk all over me and hand out excuses.

My son jumped into their foam pit and something inside the foam pit sliced his knee down to the bone. Stiches inside and 25 stapes outside. They did not stop other children from jumping in the pit to find out what cut my son nor did they clean up the foam with blood on it. I have called stars and have had no return call.

This is a great place the helpers are really nice but it has a lot of fowl language and it is in really bad neighbor hood i was waiting for ny ride and some guy was watching me from his car
