Well maintained and peaceful. I take my dog to walk around the park all the time and we both have a great time!

Plenty for kids to do. Can get very crowded on games when theres little league games.

A great place to play softball at! I love it! But.... if you need to go to the restroom you have to walk a long way.Other than that its a greater and fun place for kids and ADULTS!️

4/6/19 Here for softball tournament. Great fields, lots of room but shortage of restrooms and quite a distance from some fields.As usual the ladies had a long line all day. Maybe a few portapotties would have helped since this was a large 2 day tournament. It is a beautiful well maintained park. Marking down for lack of benches and picnic tables that are greatly needed.

Alvin has done really good with all of their parts. Pearson Park is exemplary with lots of things for the children to play on and do as well as all of the sports areas that are well-lit and well-maintained. Really impressive place. Good place to go for long walks as well as they have sidewalk around the whole place that is really good

Let me start by saying that my daughter played a softball tournament at this park for two days. The fields were average so no complaints there. But whats making me leave this review is the bathrooms. They were absolutely disgusting. Not only did they have the stainless steel prison toilets without the seat, the bathrooms had no air flow whatsoever and no lighting. It was dark, smelled disgusting and Im really not sure if they ever got cleaned. It started on Saturday morning and got worse as the weekend progressed. I hope we dont return to that park.

Nice park overall, a bit on the dry side as dust every time the kids moved on the field but not too bad, could use a bit of shade for spectators especially when there for 3/4 of a day for a tournament. bathrooms were ok in morning by as day went on got a pretty nasty to go into.

My 5 year old son loves this park. Huge. Lots of room to run and fly kites

We usually come here for softball tournaments during weekend. concession stand has reasonable prices. place feels safe for kids with lots of people around. ***parking is tight along the main street, but u can usually find a spot by the school or at the end of the park***

Great park! Conveniently located and nicely equipped for a wide variety of activities. The ball fields are well maintained by the Alvin Girls Softball League.

Got married their under the gazebo many years ago. They keep making the park look better every year.

This used to be a great neighborhood park to take your kids . Unfortunately, my last visit to the park was not so pleasant. I want to list a few things I found rather disconcerting. The first thing was that one of the large plastic slides has a big crack on it almost half down the slide. It is a yellow slide which should be reported to the park authorities.The next complaint was how much litter on the park. It looked like people came from a fast food restaurant and threw the litter on the beautiful grass. Furthermore, one park bench had dirty diapers that someone carelessly left on it instead of throwing it in the nearby trash cans. Overall, this is wonderful park that offers basketball and tennis courts and baseball fields. I would strongly recommend that the park authorities add portable outhouses when the regular restroom is locked up.
