Brought me back to my younger days they have a smaller rink but still very fun. I recommend bring your own skates if you have them for comfort purposes. Kids had a great time no issues at all.

This place is not a safe place at all. Mostly everyone there did not wear mask thats including staff. Kids are unsupervised and very disrespectful. No temperature screening. Covid number will go up again especially here!!! Very disappointing!!!

Great place for Kids. This was my first time going here. Even during this Covid time. Glad to be able to let the kids have fun. Sanitizing station available. Cleanliness to the facility. And friendly staff.

Great place, always remember to look online, they have winter and summer coupons that pretty much make it a giveaway. During the summer it’s ice cold and you can literally stay here all day! 75% of the time we come it’s one or two families at the most. It’s not a huge rink, but just the right size I so you don’t try to be speed racer! My kids love it and for a small amount of money we can kill on whole day here! Don’t pass by this Alvin gem without stopping in!!!

This place is fun I’ve been going since I was 6 and I’m 13 my bday is this June 27th and I would live to go for my bday but because of Corona I don’t think I’ll get to go so that’s sad but I live this place it’s affordable and fun with a lot skating and food and a place to hang out with your friends I would live to go to the next lock in y’all have if I can go. But thanks for having the best skating rink in Alvin, Alvin skate and party I’ve had the best 8 years of my life coming here!! I even still love playing the little kid claw machine game with rubber duckies in it I’ve had a blast!!

Had a birthday here and everything went perfectly. The kids skating were polite and helped out smaller kids who fell and though it was a little crowded on the floor at time no accidents or issues. Amazingly good time for our whole group.

I wish I could give them more than five stars. This party was the easiest Ive ever had... And priced right! They checked in all the kids at the front door. Pizza, drinks, and goodie bags appeared at the table. Announcements were made exactly on time when I asked for them so that we could do pizza and cake. The kids absolutely loved it! And this mama loved the fact that I didnt have to clean up my house or spend too much money on party supplies.

Its a nice environment! The food was OK. The only problem was the music. We had a party there and they didnt play the music that we suggested.

I had a great time Saturday night with my kids! It was not terribly busy the older staff member was very sweet and even played games with the kids even tho there were only 6-7 kids skating. He walked the floor during games and was very interactive with them and even helped my daughters friend learn how to skate backwards! He went beyond what was required. the other staff members were very nice and helpful. compared to other rinks their staff is well trained! we will come again very soon!

We were there for a party and rented the skate support. I was told we could skate for the entirety of the day, but staff collected my rental at the close of the party and basically ushered me out the door. Please clarify the policy for everyone.

My little sister’s party was held here! Hope, AJ, Kayleigh, Niki, and the rest of the staff are amazing here! They work very hard to make sure the kids and parent’s are having a good time and have everything they need! I heard two kids at the party say they want a skate party too! Thanks guys !

Great place,friendly staff. Fun place for some quality family time.Ended up having to replace my 39 year old skates,and they were extremely helpful. Only thing that would make it any better would be some flash back music occasionally from the 70s and 80s.Quite a few of us older folks there. The nostalgia of it would be amazing... Take your family.. Gauranteed great time.

Very cool skating ring always clean and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Blayne was very friendly and help us get the right skates for the kids. Highly recommend this skating ring to anybody looking for a great place to get out of the heat or have a party.

We had a 5 Star, VIP experience at Alvin Skate -N- Party! The skate floor is so nice, everything was SO clean and the owner seemed to genuinely want everyone to have the best time possible. Ill be booking a birthday party soon!

Me and The kids came to skate after Kemah today. We had a good time the music was good kid friendly. The restrooms were alittle warm and the staff was not very interactive until the older staff came in. They played games and made the experience totally different. Adrian i think his name is was very helpful on explaining the difference of the skates we had a great time.

If your a perfectionist skater I don’t recommend but if your going just for fun then definitely go

I went on a Friday night to enjoy it with my kids and sister n law . I enjoyed the music and not once minded the crazy kids . Overall it was a great experience but was just ruined a tad bit when I interfered with a rude employee on the other hand their employee gabi was a great help she started off by tying my daughter laces not only that but helped us with our pizza and drinks bless her heart she was busy but she made our experience a 10

I am sitting here now! To begin with, when I came in the cop should have been a good indication. This place is a childcare facility for all the local kids. I am a parent, I don’t just drop my kids off. More then half the kids aren’t skating, all bunched up in the corners. I’ve seen 2 fights so far! There are a total of 6 parents here and I would estimate about 75 kids! Ridiculous!!! The music is up to date and a great skate floor. It’s a shame these kids would rather be hoodlems then skate! Nice place, terrible atmosphere for *family* time!

My granddaughter had a party there yesterday. Very good service all the employees were great especially the young boy named brice super polite and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be coming back.

Me and my girlfriend took a little break from skating because we were sweating profusely,we asked a staff member if it was alright to come back inside after stepping out to the car for a moment. They then proceeded to question us about why we needed to go out outside. After we explained it was for a smoke break they then questioned if we were of age. After letting them know my girlfriend was 18 (the legal age of smoking) we went to our car to be followed by a police officer for further questioning. Once the officer realized no laws were being broken he went back inside. Once we went to return our skates we see a group of employees gossiping about what happened,as well as many dirty looks from not only the staff but the police officer on duty as we were leaving. Completely inappropriate and overpriced... personally recommending not to spend your money there..

Love this place. Nostalgia at its finest. Loved taking my daughter out and of course the lights, and top 40 had us all in a great mood. Fun place for sure.

It was astonishing time! Staff will enable you when you to fall and they clean the ice once 60 minutes. Nourishment and beverages are shabby. Its an awesome place for your loved ones to flaunt what they have!

The skating rink was clean, music is at a reasonable level. The walkers available for $4 rental were perfect for my child still learning to rollerblade. There is no step between carpeted area and rink and I loved that... so much easier for kids to transition. Will be back.

Great place great fun great people, my family and I have been skating here for years we love it. The facility always has great music and super friendly staff. I see some people say negative things online about the rink and I feel like they are just grumpy, the funny thing is they have a sign on the front door that says grumpy people please wait outside HAHA

The Alvin Skate-n-party staff is very disrespectful and to skate for just two people is over priced. The Employees there have MAJOR attitude problems and no one is out on the rink to help the kids who fall, because they’re too busy gossiping about their customers. Don’t waste your time or money at this skate shack. Not worth it.

Best place for birthdays in the area by far

Place sucks, its mire like a cheap daycare for unruly tweenies. Workers did absolutely nothing about the football game happening in the seating area or the race track that was suppose to the isleway. Most kinds dont even have skates on, and its total chaos. Dont recommend it for families with smaller ones, they pick up horrible language and get ran over long before they reach the rink floor.

It was an extraordinary affair I figure out how to skate there. Every one of the educators were decent and I took in a great deal

Great place for all ages! We have a blast every time we go! The employees are always helpful and are more than happy to accommodate childrens needs. Our family has had a few birthday parties there and they have always been a huge success. The Tuesday night session from 5-8 is our favorite time to skate because parents get in free when they bring the kids :)

Have to put this out there...VERY dissatisfied with the anninimities in the building. This, just a few years ago was a nice place to come and have some inexpensive fun without worry of you or your kiddos getting sick. Sad sad sad for us in Alvin. We all went through Harvey, no excuse!

Took my 5 yr. Old granddaughter to skate there. I havent skated in 25 years myself. We both got skate-mates and took to the floor. Nice employees there, helpful and kind. We are ready to go again!

DO NOT visit this Skate Venue I had the worst experience here, I requested my skates and as I was trying them on I just so happened to look inside it and saw my skates were FILLED WITH GLUE I was DISGUSTED I had them returned but with no discount what so ever but I wasnt going to make a big deal of it. Their shoes stink and smell musty and its obvious they dont clean their shoes. I prefer Pearwood StakePark

Went here for a birthday party and I liked the place. They have lots of different size walkers and skates...even the starter type children wear over their shoes.
