Love this place just wish they wouldnt keep raising their rent their pushing good people outta the park

Owners dont fix things and got out of the car after it had rained and stepped in a lakeMy husband had to fix some of the things while we were visiting family

Very over priced place to live. Was looking for a two bedroom,they wanted $850 a month.

Its a mobile home park not best but Ive seen a lot worse

It has potential to be a very nice little community but they havent gotten all the trash taken out yet...

Terrible park! Caution! This place will put you in a rundown trailer and want you to pay high class prices and they don’t stick by a lease they increase your rent anyways they charge you a bunch of fees that were never negotiated and then after you complete your lease and issue them your 30 day notice they send you an evection notice for more money with legal fees on it absolutely ridiculous! It’s just a money game with this run down park there are some very nice tenants and then there are some terrible tenants at that park including drug dealers and they don’t want to do a thing about it Tresa the park manager is extremely incompetent she should not be in the position she is.

Looked like a runned down trailer park not easily located. Nicer trailer in back, just not what I am interested in.

Office people are nice and helpful. Park looks clean and kept up.

This place sucked!! Management is horrible and will tell anyone and everyone a tenant or potential tenants business including financial information! There is no confidentiality, the park manager is rude and disrespectful, and very judgmental! Dont try to rent from this place.
