The staff is always very pleasant and courteous and the kids love going here. Its good family time! We play games together and we use it as an opportunity to teach our kids about money management. They have to partake in the spending of this trip so they save up their allowance. Also having to decide whether to spend their credits or save them up for something bigger helps them set goals.

We did a birthday party there and they were amazing and super accommodating!!! I highly recommend them! Mike and his team are amazing!

So much fun! Took my little brother there for his birthday and we both had a blast. So many different types of games and all ages can definitely have a good time. Thanks so much to the staff for all their help! Will definitely be coming back soon.

Love this arcade! They switched to a card and point system. Reasonably priced games. Wide variety. A favorite spot to go with the kids and old man. Took my old man for fathers day and he had a blast!

Best arcade in the area and, unbelievably, its right here in Alliance. It wasnt always so nice... a year ago it was mediocre at best. But (new?) management has invested a ton of money in newer, nicer games. The pac-man air hockey is a hoot and the bowling is quaint and fun. Four very new-style pinball machines and some other goodies. The giant claw machine out front advertises its super easy and it is. My 6 y/o got a giant ball on the first try. The arcade and the movie theatre are the only things worth seeing in the s-mall.

Mike has done an awesome job of keeping up with trends and maintenance on machines. He even has party specials that are great deals. Glad to see an arcade lasting, takes me back to being a kid at Pocket Change

My grandsons love this place. I just wish they would stop uping there game play on some of there games. Like one game use to only cost 4 credits we went back in a week later and it was 6 credits.

Visiting family here in Ohio and stopped in to play after a movie. The employee, Dani, was so nice and helpful to our entire family of 11 that were there having a blast! Thank you for making our vacation that much more fun! Hope the next time we make it to play here we get Dani or someone that is just as nice as she was!

Me and My Sister had a day of being a kid went out to eat and need up at the Arcade game. We had a ball. Awesome

Alot of fun. A little pricey but very nice when my nephew was swiping alot of tokens by mistake. The person working went ahead and got prizes for him when he didnt win anything.

My Grandson had so much fun here. Plus the Carnation Mall was doing trick or treat for the kids. It was so great.

They now have the cards instead of the tokens just like chuck e cheeses. The amount of tokens per game has gone up a lot but they have a bunch of great games and two bowling lanes. Theres a bunch of games for all ages. The only real problem is sometime the ceiling leaks on you.

My grandson had his 4th birthday party at the arcade. It was a great idea! They set up tables right out in front, in the food court area at Carnation Mall, where the movie theater is. It included pizza that was ordered right there from Napoli Pizza and any drinks that were ordered. Each person goes and orders what they want to drink. The price also includes the arcade cards you need to play the games. You determine how many cards you need and how much money you want on each card. Then you pass the cards out to the children when they get there or the adults. Thats added to your bill as well as the pizza and the drinks. You are allowed to bring in your own cake. We had about 40 people. The pizzas do take about 25 mins so my advice would be to order them as soon as people start arriving, and if it looks like youll need more put another order in. They are also serving other people that are in the mall, so it might take longer for your food. They say you arent allowed to bring in any other outside food. I personally thought they shouldve allowed us to bring in chips, pretzels etc, to set out for snacking. Thats something they might let you do if you ask. All the kids loved playing in the arcade. I never seen so many of the huge bouncy balls won as I did that day from our group. We had a great time and I thought the price was a little high for what you got. But it was the 1st time for them to try a party there. My grandkids love to go there all the time. We visit often

Great arcade, always being updated with new games to play and enjoy. Very convenient to have right next to the food court and across from the movie theaters to give you some time to play some really entertaining games. My favorite one is Dariusburst for sure, but me and my buds love to come in and enjoy a few games. Not to mention the owner just put a new a new mini bowling alley in the arcade too. Excellent place

A decent sized arcade for how dead and abandoned the rest of the mall is! The staff are really friendly and helpful! The prizes are your normal arcade prizes but I feel like they are more reasonably priced ticket wise. There is a wide variety of games including pacman and a few different pinball machines.

If you come into the mall from the opposite end you wont be expecting too much but you will be pleasantly surprised with the selection of games packed into a small space and the all important pinball machines.
