Me and my family had a amazing time, staff was very professional, helpful, attentive. The place was very clean. Staff made sure we followed the Covid restrictions. Kids had such a great time. I would definitely recommend this place. Can’t wait to come back again.

NOT FOLLOWING COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES. masks were not mandatory. staff was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, did nothing but stand around at the front desk. not once were they picking up the trashed restrooms, watching kids mess with others belongings, checking on people in the trampoline areas, picking up random masks, socks, or jackets. the one reason why they deserve 2 stars is because there was a variety of obstacles. except the one that was CAUTION TAPED but still had people playing on with ZERO supervision.

Amazing staff!! follows the COVID regulations tremendously! handles customers with the upmost profession. would recommend coming here anytime!

My family comes here for all birthdays and events. It’s always a great experience. I love that they have more courses for the kids compared to other places. The kids can’t get enough!

Had a wonderful party experience! The Managers Terry and Chicago personally took care of our party by closing early, sanitizing and mopping and fogging the entire facility! Our party felt incredibly safe and everyone had a fabulous time. The group of Adults and children that has been quarantined together had an amazing time! Chicago has such personalized service. Highly recommend this super clean facility for lots of safe fun for the entire family!
