The owners seems nice until you move out and ask for your deposit back then they give you the back and forth between the two of them and then they stop answering your calls and texts they are scammer

Really nice owners, but the trailer park is commuter and really rough. Not a recreation destination.

The park is hard to get into hills and holes everywhere. Definitely not a place to call home. The laundry room that a previous review talked about is still not open. The falling down in shambles mobile homes and mountains of rubble from mobile homes they have torn down are a joke to look at. Owners are rarely onsite, but if rent is due the owners will be knocking on your door to collect that. Gave 2 stars because of the area..close enough to town for convienance but far enough away to be a quiet location.

It was nice

We have lived here a year and a half and as of this date they have not repaired anything that we have in writing. I called the office number and it has been disconnected. I am amazed people act this way.
