So peaceful!! My daughters memorial tree is planted there, so I love going and having a peaceful moment to take everything in. Walking trail around the park full of the beautiful scenery and a fun playground for the kids!!!

This park is super nice and fun! The walking and biking here is great bc the trails are nice and long and the area has lots of trees and fountains. The play area for the kids is nice and there is a family friendly pool also located here. It is in a nice section of neighborhood too! I love coming here and recommend this place to everyone!

I have always loved this place. Tennis courts and basketball courts, softball fields,play grounds and a nice beautiful trail to take a walk or exercise. I highly recommend anyone new in our town to come visit.

This is the park that has it all. Huge area with walking trails. Winds around with views of Springbrook neighborhood, which is pleasant. A rec center to play basketball. Square dancing every Tuesday night. Other miscellaneous events held there. A spacious pavilion just beyond the rec centerYou can rent it for special occasions by calling Parks and Rec. Large playground with upgraded play equipment near the pavilion. A smaller but just as nice playground near the parking area. Softball field on the Darwin street side of the park. Tennis courts are rough and should be replaced. Basketball courts. Picnic tables and grills. Lots of room. Easy to see from Springbrook road and Darwin st.

Very peaceful with nice walking paths. Enjoyed it a lot. Lots of squirrels that seem to not mind approaching people. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Well, my kids love to monkey around with the ducks and feed them our stale bread. Secondly, they love the stream and seeing all of the squirrels and robins. Thirdly, the greenway is an enjoyable and somewhat invigorating bike loop.

Such a pretty, simple park, has nice trails, and even a couple of those little mini library things next to the path.

We love coming to Springbrook. The favorite hands down is the infant friendly swing set. Watching my wife and son both swing together there never grows old. Theres a whole bunch of laughter trapped in that playground. The walking area between the gym and the pool is very well kept and very well shaded!

A lovely place to take a walk. The Maryville Alcoa Greenway path runs through so you have paved path that is suitable for walking or biking. A little hilly, very picturesque!

This park is very clean. The fountain is beautiful and very calming. There is also a little waterfall on the way to the fountain.

What a great little park. They have so many activities to do. It has a wonderful walking path that is connected to the Greenways. They have tennis courts that have been kept up pretty well. They have just recently updated the playground area and I think they are great for the kids. The outdoor basketball area probably could use an update and a revamp on safety. Some spots on the outdoor courts have a 1-2 foot drop from pavement to dirt. Other than that the place is very well kept up, clean, and a great joy to have in the Alcoa area.

Went to outside concert Songs by the Brook tonight. This is a lovely event. Thanks to all the sponsors and musicians, especially Sam Lewis, for a great performance. Its a great place to walk. Blacktop trail. You can choose a trail that is challenging or one thats a little easier. My grandkids love to go there to play at the playground.

Great place for the family have bathrooms and a pavilion u can have birthday partys at and basketball courts 3 different play grounds base ball fields tennis courts with lights to play at night they have a basketball ball gym to not sure of the hours its open over all its a really great park in the city of alcoa

Well maintained park. I took a nice walk on the greenway. Traffic was very cautious around there. Very nice when drivers are considerate of park goers. The parking lot is at the gym. As far as I could tell that is the only place to park for the greenway. Tennis courts and the playground were in great condition. I will be back in the future.

Overall park is great, but the playgrounds desperately need shade trees planted around them. Theres nowhere to escape the sun unless you leave the playground.

This is one of the best neighborhood parks around. I love that the Greenway loops through here. It feels like a little slice of the wilderness while still being super convenient and having a lot of great stuff for kids.The friendly people who walk and run there make it an even better experience.

Fun park and great views even if its raining

Great place for kids and families to come complete with walking trails, playgrounds, picnic tables and even indoor and outdoor basketball courts. Beautiful grounds for walking. Pet friendly as long as pet on leash. It would be better to see the presence of law enforcement.

This is a very nice park. Equipment seems fairly new and in good repair. Away from heavy traffic and ample parking. Grand kids like it very much.

Nice site for a stroll through the woods. Excellent place to spend a few hours with kids. There are natural-feeling water features, several playgrounds, basketball courts, Greenway paths, a picnic pavilion, and an exercise area for adults. Im sure theres more, but this is a great park!

The tennis courts really need some work. Cracks all over . Whoever mows could take time to blow the grass off the courts. Rest of the park is very nice

One of the most scenic parks in the area. Plenty of walking trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, and open spaces. Large enough to roam around. Great place for walks. Well kept and usually busy during warm weather.

Trails have more hills in the terrain than the other parks, which is a nice change of pace. Plenty of picnic tables and benches along the trail to enjoy the beauty of the park.

We went to the vendor expo. Nice park but the toddler park area is in direct sunlight so theres no share or coverage.

Very pretty park with wild flowers and scenic sites if you are a photographer or just like making selfies. They have play area for kids and a green belt for walking. You can also rent the pavilion for parties. There are basket ball and tennis courts as well.
