Wonderful staff, helped me find my movie when I was running late would definitely recommend if you want to watch a good movie and have a fun safe time.

Seats were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Only wish we would have been told that the popcorn sales end at 8pm right after the last show starts. We bought a large popcorn expecting to have second refill. However, yes I would go back & yes I would recommend.

Nice clean facility. The chairs arent the fancy ones that recline but they validate your parking at the car garage. Good deals on movies on Tuesdays.

Free movies for the family, service was great, theater was clean. Popcorn and drinks perfect. I dont go to the movies often, so I used some of my roll over credits to buy the family tickets and 20% off concession.

I really enjoyed the food and the employees. The theater I sat in was well cleaned and the bathrooms were well remodeled. I had a ton of fun there in the arcade plus the photo booth was a great way to end the night. I will hopefully find my way back to Albuquerque and will for sure visit here again.

Outstanding first showings and snacks to satisfy the taste buds, comfortable setting, awesome sound. Every time I use restrooms they have been well taken care of. Last movie saw was Terminator Dark * & it was awesome sequel.

Matinee prices all day even for first run movies. Cant get a seat at another theater? Come here! Parking is free when you get your parking ticket stamped at the cashier. Who cares about the homeless people. Dont let them rain on your fun experience.

Its ok, the seats are not comfortable and the popcorn and drinks are gonna cost you. You have dead beat employees who never smile and are burnt. The movie theater is typical but enjoyable. Free parking and bargains on Tuesday. Get rid of the unhappy employees and hire pleasant happy people and lower the outrageously priced snacks.

Love this place! Finally got away to see Star Wars in 3-d!! Had a blast! Its right on the bus line and I caught the matinee. Way cool!

The white woman at the candy section is a bit... Tonight. Instead of reading her text messages and talking on her phone she shouldve got our change correct. Then we had security chasing us to make it embarrassing. Those type a people need to be fired immediately. Its one reason why crime is so high and robberies are happening. She could be planning something on you all.

Movie theater itself is just okay....the customer service was horrible! Stood in 3 different very slow and very long lines due to being given incorrect info. Lights in the womens restroom were out, and people were using their cellphone flash lights to see!!!! Seats in the auditorium were stained and ripped?! Century Rio 24 is nothing like this! Owners need to replace seats and work with employees on good customer service.

Does not sell sweet popcorn. Also there always seems to be some homeless people around this area. All areas inside the building are clean and well maintained.

Star wars 3D. Theater had 5 people no distractions as no one seated in front of us. Like having a private screening. Popcorn was yummy

Good theater, cheap prices, sometimes is dirty in the lobby when busy but thats nothing abnormal. Screen quality is good and so is sound. Ads run a little long before movie but give ample time for those waiting in line at concessions.

Its downtown location is convenient to public transit. The staff is helpful and friendly. The theaters are well maintained. The only thing it lacks is IMAX.

The facility was filthy and the chairs in the theater were uncomfortable. The workers were nice, polite while they emptied gross stinky overflowing trash before our movie started which turned my stomach. I no longer wanted the over priced popcorn .

We like this Theatre its never so busy like all the other Movie Theaters a lot more laid back plus they have a Starbucks there, also they will validate your parking for the Movie. Tucanas right next store too.

It was Friday late afternoon. Plenty of room not a lot of people. Fresh popcorn with extra butter just right. Good clean seating and floors (hate sticky floors) and great sound. Comfortable movie watching.

I am new to ABQ so I read reviews before going to places. After reading some negative reviews, I thought this theater might be a little sketchy. However, I’m not sure what people were complaining about. Our tickets at 5:00 pm were $5, parking was easy and only a short walk away, great location with excellent restaurants nearby, very clean bathrooms and theaters, nice staff, concessions were priced liked any other theater and there was a good variety, the seats have not been updated, but were comfortable. I thought the theater was great.

Probably my favorite theater to come to! Prices are cheap for matinees. Can also reserve seats from online. And the biggest highlight is that they have delicious kettle corn!

I really liked going here. The area its at is kinda ghetto with loads of homeless people and parking can be kind of hard to find but the theatre is small. Cheap and low key so not a lot of people. I think theres only 10 rooms for movies. Its awesome.

Nice theater very enjoyable, attentive staff and friendly. My first time, would definitely recommend. Attended an early morning viewing of Rocket Man. If your Elton John fan it was excellent bio movie with great music.

The theater validates parking up to 3hrs and they have the latest movies at great prices.

This is the movie theater that I really like. I love the popcorn it does taste different from other theaters. I am also able to get Jalapenos in a cup and I like other theaters where they give you just three little slices in a cup.

Well, it was Memorial Day and the manager must have taken off. Although I saw a couple of people cleaning there were still plenty of popcorn, paper scraps, general dirt decorating the floor. It was the messiest Ive seen it. I really like this theatre and have been many times. Ill go back but I wont continue if it stays this dirty!

The employees were wonderful. My three year old dropped our large popcorn in the foyer. Before she could even shed a tear, they had refilled our bucket. Thanks for saving our afternoon.

This theater is now one of the ones I will check 1st! I love that its not too packed, when a popular movie comes out & there arent any open seats available at the other theaters.

Cheaper than most places and the way the seats are arranged are amazing.

My last option for a movie theater in the city.. they definitely need a upgrade/remodel.. the seats were so uncomfortable and the popcorn tasted old .. my personal opinion, with this Theatre being downtown, they should try to make as nice as possible.

EXPENSIVE! The concession stand was expensive, & the bulk candy had no way of weighing until you are at the register & shocked by the price! The seats are not updated & a bit uncomfortable! I parked at the garage & it wasnt until we got to the counter that I realized I had to bring my ticket to get it validated, end up paying $5 for parking!

Great movie theater with lots if screens and options. The area of town is a little weird and there are always people panhandling or causing trouble outside at night. I would recommend taking an Uber or Lyft here and back.

I LOVE this theater. A great location in the heart of Downtown Albuquerque. Youre a minutes walk from Tucanos restaurant which serves Brazilian cuisine buffet-style. (Highly recommend)Parking is still free as long as you get your ticket stamped at the theater!

Always clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. Sound and picture quality have always been excellent when I have gone here, too. Seats are fairly wide by theater standards, I am a fairy large person but they arent too snug for me.

Ok!!! Before I had this place 2 starred but they have completely changed my mind. Glad they care about their guests! Had an issue and they resolved it no questions asked.

This place is always so comfortable and has plenty of concession choices. Opening days for some movies can make it pretty crowded but its worth it. Movie screen quality is always amazing, seats are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Definitely recommend Century Downtown.

It is a movie theater... With all types of food and beverage options, including coffee and hot dogs. The audio visual system is awesome too.

Easy to park in structure a block over. Theater will stamp parking stub so its free.Theater is clean. Workers always friendly. Popcorn fresh. Appreciate theres security on staff.

So glad downtown Albuquerque has a movie theater. Awesome concession stand that even has an ice cream bar. All current releases and very clean. The perfect place to escape for a couple of hours.

Love this theater! There is free (3 hour) parking at the parking garage across the street from the bus station (just get it validated at the theater). $5 movie tuesdays are a MUST! I go to dinner at sushi king...and the 20% off you get with your movie tickets at pizza 9 right next door isnt such a bad deal. Great experience everytime i go!!

We arrived for a Friday afternoon matinee. Only two employees in the lobby. One selling and taking tickets and the other standing at the ice cream stand selling concessions then running back to the concession stand to got the popcorn we purchased. Every transaction took way longer than it needed to.

This theater used to be one of my favorites but unlike other Century theaters it hasnt been upgraded. The seats were extremely uncomfortable. You cannot reserve seats in advance like at most other theaters. There was no one to take your ticket and point you to where your theater might be...and this was on a Saturday evening. (as a result, local homeless people were coming into the theater).

Avengers Endgame was amazing! People here were nice and always are nice every time. Thats why i keep coming here.

Probably my favorite place to watch a movie. You can park in the parking garage thats south of the movie theater for free BUT be sure to hang onto your ticket to get it stamped when you purchase your tickets. Youll have to give it to the parking garage employee when you are leaving. I have never had any issues finding a seat in this theater even when a new release comes out. Good fun for the family and the seats are comfortable. The only issue is that leaving at night is a little sketchy but Ive also seen Security in the area. Be aware of your surroundings! Cheers!

I enjoy coming here. I love the 5$ student rate that they have - every day at any hour, when you have your student ID. Maybe not super clean and not updated. But they always have new releases and the staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Good theater, easy parking in garage plus theater will validate your parking for free. Tickets are cheaper than other theaters in town and they have great matinee prices. Like all theaters, the snacks are over priced.

The Concession Stand and Customer Service has really gone downhill. I dont know what happened, but this used to be my favorite place to go watch a movie. Hopefully they can get things back in order because my family and I really enjoy coming downtown to this theatre.

I was at Century 14 twice in a week, but will not go back. There is a parking garage (Central & Gold Parking Facility at 2nd & Gold) nearby where you can park and the theater validates your parking ticket. But the garage is a well kept secret. The theater does not mention it on their website, no one answered the phone when I called to ask, and when I asked online, no one answered. I found it accidentally, buried in someone’s review. Yay! But my first visit I paid $5 in a lot because I had no idea where to park.At the snack bar I was right behind a couple at the counter. There were three employees at the snackbar, but I stood, waiting my turn for 12 minutes. The popcorn was actually cold and stale. Instead of a butter flavored topping, it tasted like they has doused it with Crisco Oil. Then, as I ate, the corn got smaller and smaller, saltier and saltier. I think they literally scraped it from the bottom of the barrel. Blech!When you enter your theater, it is very dark, no lights on to seat yourself comfortably. The poor older people are shuffling along, trying not to break a hip while trying to see the seats. Most theaters have low lights on before and after the movie for the safety of those walking. Not Century 14 Downtown.The seats are mildly comfortable. The bottom sinks in from too many butts and the arm rests are too high.I’ve never had so many complaints about a theater before. But this one has seen the last of me. I have no desire to eat poison, break a leg finding a seat, and squirm through another movie. It’s no wonder it’s never crowded. Goodbye Century 14 Downtown.

Comfortable, matinee prices are very reasonable, but, unfortunately, its in an area overrun with indigents.

Its never full, so you always get a good seat or at least a good shot at one. Even on the weekends.

Love the easy going atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, prices are competitive and parking is free up to 3 hours. Cant beat it!

Having worked here in the past, I can say its a OK movie theater.Popcorn is always fresh, Starbucks drinks at cafe counter. Stay away from Brazilian cheese bread, a Brazilian restaurant is literally nextdoor so you can get the real stuff.Helpful tip, try going to the early showtimes, less crowded and the rule about no outside food is a relaxed.

Been awhile since Ive been to the movies but this is one of my favorite theaters and I would always recommended it got very nice eating very nice staff clean bathrooms and this one is located downtown right there on Central so check it out

Nice big movie theaters, saw the christmas Deadpool movie. Typically, the snacks and drinks cost more than the actual tickets. I was also surprised that it was staffed so lightly, but we were at the matinee of the day. Showed my Fandango app, got our nibbles, good to go. The seats, though... While cushy, theyre like narrow airplane seats. if youre over a size 8, youre gonna feel squished. other than that, nice clean theater and normal movie experience. Would go again.

Always clean, friendly staff. Seats are not recliners and not assigned like in most theaters. Parking is available a block south in parking garage but can be quite crowded at times. Dont forget to get your parking ticket validated at front desk.

It was dark out and I needed the restroom very bad, the Manager and cashier were talking amongst each other. I respectfully asked if I may use the restroom but was told I must purchase a movie ticket so I ended up paying $5.50 to use the restroom. Thanks for letting me know I have to pay to pee.

Century 14 is not bad. Its a nice theater. Very few bums but there are some since its near the Railroad. Abq downtown by the theater is feeling more legit, not worse
