Nice course, fairways in decent shape. One of the more expensive Municipal Courses in town, no Sr discount like other courses provide. Worth playing if youre trying to fill your card
I just went to the driving range, so I cannot speak for the rest of the course, but it looked nice. The driving range goes out to about 250 yards and there is plenty of room. There is plenty of room to swing and we didnt have any problems getting a spot at the time we went (a Saturday morning). Very nice view and nice staff, a large bucket of balls is $10 and will last you and a friend about 45 minutes to an hour depending on how fast you go through them. There is also an area to practice putting right behind the range. Very nice, I look forward to coming back and playing a full game.
It has been a long time since I was here. Trying to get back into golf slowly. Nice 9 hole course. Nice driving range and chipping area. You can buy beer inside clubhouse. Will definitely go back
Everything was fine, staff seem really engaged, care about service and try hard to please.Things moving at snails pace on the course, no fault of anyone. Lots of duffers spraying balls in every direction. Sunday golfers just happy to be out of the house.Friendly staff make the crowded experience not only tolerable but fun. Orderly starts, relaxed atmosphere, and reasonable costs makes it a desirable course to play, in spite of the crowds.
Greens were good. Well taken care of. Enjoyed playing the 9
Its a decent 9 hole course. Roughs and bunkers are good. Staff is awesome.
This is a fun 9 hole golf course. Has a couple par 3’s and a par 5. This is my go to golf course when I’m looking for a quick and fun round.
Golf course and driving range. Great staff and fun times
Course is awesome and inexpensive. Great customer service and extremely well maintained. Love this course!!
It was a fun/fast 9 hole course. This was perfect for our foursome! We will go again!
Only used the driving range. It was ok. They had some yardage marked but Im not sure how accurate they were. You do get to hit off grass but it was pretty chewed up. It is a driving range so that is to be expected.
The course is in good shape, shot 44 for nine holes. Social distancing keeps you safe.
Not the best course in town, but its always nice to pop in for nine holes at a very reasonable price.
Great driving range and executive course. Relaxed and fun place to golf....
Awesome driving range! Friendly staff and range was well marked so I could really dial in distance
Real good best 9 hole course in Albuquerque
Fun 9 hole right up there with UNM north.
First time out since COVID felt very comfortable thank you
The staff is great all ways friendly with a quick joke. They will take the time and answer all you questions. Course is super fun.
I’ve just started playing here and taking lessons with Coach Todd. He is amazing! I get tense when playing golf and he totally gets me to calm down and relax! He likes to keep you in a great mental place while encouraging your natural swing. I’ve played golf previously but it’s been years since I played very frequently. I’m so encouraged and grateful for being able to work with Coach Todd! The staff is awesome too! They are so accommodating and polite! The course: much nicer this week! Grass has grown and thickened. Love it!
We were really disappointed with this golf course. We went with a group that had a few beginners, a visitor from Australia and my grandfather so we were going a bit slow. There wasn’t anyone around and we would have been happy to let others go ahead of us, but yet they sent the course “marshal” to push us along, watch us and followed us the whole time. It was really uncomfortable and we didn’t even finish the whole game we paid for because it ruined the fun, especially for those who were beginners. I would suggest going to Isleta, Belen or any other golf course.
I apparently suck at golfing lol but i had a great time will be going back to try and get better! Great staff decent prices on booze, beautiful course. Overall great experience.
Golf courses in very good shape greens are a little fast not to bad
Great place to hit balls
This is a great 9 hole golf course. Friendly staff, good green and well maintained fairways and greens. Priced very reasonably. We had a great time and will definately return.
The course was in great shape! Fast greens and challenging rough. Staff was helpful and got us out right on time. My friend and I will be back!
Short course, but changing. The best driving range in the city. Small greens make this course tricky.
Best place to learn to play golf in the city.
Nice 9 hole track close to the airport. Greens are always in good shape, nice practice chipping green with a sand trap. The only course in town with lighted range and putting green!
Great fun course!
Great staff and love the course!
A very laid back place to play golf. My husband and I are pretty new to the sport so we appreciate having a course with friendly staff and reasonable prices to hone our game. There even a discount if you tee off in the afternoon. Coach Todd is often around if you need a lesson or a tip to improve your scores.
I love this golf course, thank you Puerto del sol course
They have a night range here that closes at 10 PM every night. I always go here.
Shorter course so it plays a little faster...who has time for 18 holes every week. Well maintained and I love to try and drive the green over the water tank on hole #3.
Beautiful day no waiting
Had a great time
Fun 9 hole course with gentle hills & the greens were more difficult than I initially thought! Course was in good shape too!
Good course, great people like Mike, always friendly. Thats why I keep going back
Fun little 9 hole course. Can present trouble if you are a hack like me. Enjoyed it!
What can I say, except I love this place. Its my home course. The water tower hole (#3) is an absolute thrill. Ive been through some of the best rounds of my life, and some pretty bad ones (10 on #6 once). Best course in ABQ! Also recommend Coach Todd, for his fast informative service. He installed my new Arccos grips for me in a matter of a couple hours, so that I could play the next day!
Thursday special is great
Todd Kersting has been ranked as the top instructor in NM for many years with good reason... HE IS FANTASTIC. He is able to instruct golfers of all levels in a way that is easy to understand.Although Im a decent golfer (8 hdcp), I have seen him work with beginners as well. Working with an instructor like Todd makes the game much more enjoyable.
Very fun and slow pace .great for beginners like me and my daughter
Good price... Plays well.. the grass has some sparse areas that have been recently replanted but not marked as under repair. L
Fairways are coming in nicely after last years insect damage. Greens were great, airated areas all healed.
Course is perfect for newer golfers - overall flat with some slight dog legs. The driving range is a plus.
Well kept, friendly staff, very enjoyable .
Greens are in great shape.
Best practice facility in Albuquerque .
9 holes, no waiting. Good for a quicky, a bucket, or a bucket, beer, and a quicky.
Great local course. Forgot my shoes had to play barefoot no issues course was fun amd in great shape. Was lucky enough to get paired up with 3 locals and had a great time. Thanks Robbie The Mustache Guy, Leo and Jake. Also the staff was top notch and made me feel welcome. I forgot my Bluetooth speaker and the staff called me so I could pick it up. Great day, awesome local place and people cool staff. Would go back anytime.
I really like PDSGC. The staff is top notch, and friendly, especially the Thursday night crew. We have our work league there, and they arent allowed to save tee times, etc., for us, but they do their best to accommodate us. The course itself is short, wide open fairways, and not too challenging. Perfect for novices and beginners. Not an elite course by any means, but fun.
Fun place to play. The staff is awesome.
The course is in fantastic shape. The range is in great shape too. If you dont have the time the money or energy for a 4-6 hr round for 18 holes this is the place to go. The staff in the pro shop is friendly and helpful.
Nice course. Good for beginners.
Great 9 hole course,great staff,,great driving range
Greening up nicely. They have removed several older trees also.
I hit a bucket of balls at the driving range (Tuesday midmorning). There were plenty of spots to choose from. Folks at the desk are always friendly. The course is easy to walk, fairways are wide and clear of trees.
Great course!
Great course for all ages and skill levels. Women welcome! Great pro shop/restaurant/and on-course beverage cart!! All sorts of specials and league play - def recommend this 9-hole :)
Great golf at a good price .
Great course. Food area needs upgrade.
Great driving range. Reasonable price.
Fantastic round. Sucked as usual but fun.
Local Abq golf at its finest
Affordable but plai6
They let a 5 some go in front of small groups
Best bucket and beer deal in town. The range stays open late in the summer and they keep the lights on.
Good facilities.
This is very nice course, great for all skill levels
What a cool glf course.
NICE LITTLE COURSE. PERFECT FOR VACATIONER LIKE ME . ZIPPED AROUND THE COURSE IN HOUR AND A HALF OR LESS. GREAT LOCATION, STAFF, AND COURSE IN EXCELLENT SHAPE.
Nice range and putting/chipping greens. Fairways were a little rough but I was there during the winter. Greens were well kept though. Nice pro shop as well. Rates are pretty good especially if you walk or push your clubs.
Quick little course, friendly and helpful staff and not very busy in the afternoons. As a beginner golfer, I love being able to walk the course in the afternoon, not having to worry about rate of play as much as one would at more populated courses.
Great day for golf.
Great 9 hole course. Dont under estimate the holes, some can bite if you arent in the fairway. This time of year the greens are really fast. Staff is super friendly.
The best greens in town on top of the amazing practice facility. Its an easy course to walk but not as easy as it looks. The staff is always pleasent to deal with and the head pro is always recommend to me when talking about getting lessons.
This has to be the worse course in town. Their only saving grace was the driving range that opened at night. But thats closed as well. The fairways are soaked and riddled with clover. The greens are recently aerated which was not discussed when purchasing a full price green fee. I would have to say out of all the city courses, this by far ranks the lowest.
Best Value!
Great course to get a quick 9 in. Well maintained.
My son took me for Fathers day. What a blast.
Awesome staff, great facilities, great convos with Coach Todd!
Amazing. Love this course!! So much fun!!!
Great 9 hole course. Friendly staff
Great little 9-hole course in very good shape. It has some challenges: not an executive course.
Great course and staff. Playing is very relaxing and groundskeepers do an amazing job
Always do a great job.... Best Staff of all the City Courses by far!
Awesome staff, good prices, beautiful green grounds and cold beers!
Short but leaves you hungry!
This is a fun place to play.Just dont bring your children.People who dont have patience will hit in to you.
Best driving range and Greens in the city
