Was there last month bought some colors and some clear rods. Went for more this month the guy there told me I need to spend at least $50.00. next time but he was willing to sale me measly $13.00. tubes. Im on SSDI.I live on a very little income.Thanks for getting back to me. And explaining things to me. Now I understand its not your fault. But the city of Albuquerque for imposing useless rules. I will take you up on your offer and giving me the chance to open up an account with Gray Matter. I need to step up my game. These guys are awesome, and the only shop in town. Thankfully the selection is amazing, and they always keep stock of the most important stuff.

The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. They had a good selection of glass tubing. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs glass in the Albuquerque area.

Its the only place in town to get Boro supplies, and the prices are decent. For some things, the prices are better than online.

From Texas on a road trip... Lost respect from me already without me stepping a foot in the door. Website says nothing about being closed. I was about to drop hundreds in there on glass, and supplies. Drove way out of the way to check them out only to see a renovation sign on the door. Will just buy directly from glass suppliers, and other shops. Sorry not sorry. Fix your s#it guys.

Went there today, a Saturday, hours on web say open till 5 we arrived at 4:30, there was an open sign in window and door was open. As my friend approached the door someone shut it and locked it, no explanation, no response to knocking. This was a very rude way to treat a customer, we noticed on the door that the hours for a Saturday read closed at 4pm so maybe the owners might want to make sure the online information is correct and that they take open sign down when closed. Whoever was working there should have had the courtesy to have explained they were closed instead of shutting and locking door on us. Pretty bad first impression and certainly no way to treat potential customers.
