The manager kaylee, has always been very helpful with the products and the medications that I need for the symptoms that I experience. I am a very loyal customer because of her and I rarely shop at any other dispensary. Thank you Kaylee! Youre awesome

If I could give a negative star I would. The owner was a complete jerk when we walked in he was even rude to another medical pacient walking in even the staff was rude I couldnt even look at prices. Quality is low on flower smells like actual grass. They lost my business and respect dont go !! If your taking people hundreds of dollars to spend you should be treated with respect half theses people coming in have mental disabilities and should not be talked Down to. Shame on your business .I hope you Learn to respect the people keeping you business going. Many other dispensaries with better service prices and way better quality.

It used to be awesome. The owner is all about money and no longer caters to people who grew up with Birdland. Youre just Ultra Health to me now...an Ultra Ripoff. Stop calling it Birdland, those days are gone.

This place has really gotten a lot better over time I now consider it one of the top dispensaries in town the prices have gotten better and the staff is simply amazing they go out of their way to make sure that I am happy every single time and I really Iike it here now

I was shocked on how this place treats their customers/patients. First off Im a product of police brutality I have PTSD so when Im going to get my meds I dont need the owner treating me suspect and treating me as harsh as he did. Im not going into detail but when I was asking simple questions he got rude and pretty much said if it was up to him customers/patients he wouldnt give free meds on your birthday instead of saying happy birthday. Instead he said this is a pharmacy not a charity.When I said he doesnt care about reviews he said he didnt give 2 SH&?$ about them ppl. So I ask for his manager and he told me he is the owner I was incomplete shock! I told him I was going to write a bad review. He flew off the handle told me to leave I did. I came back to ask his name and he try to apologize. I didnt except it was to soon. So he freaked and told me to leave again I told him when my son is done I would, he said leave now or Im going to call the police....... folks? OMG I told my son lets go lol he still pursued on calling the police. I cant believe Im going to get meds for my condition and this guy pushed my PTSD button. I wouldnt give this place a time of day and I know a lot of ppl in this city with their medical card. Thats a lot of money lost for Ultra Health. This owner needs to be careful, he might come across someone that cant control their PTSD as well as most. He got me on a good day.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the wares are extremely OVERPRICED. They do have an abundance of wigs, makeup and even things like fake moustaches and latex, fake blood, etc. But I paid between 4-6 times what I would have paid had I had the time to go online to buy this stuff. If you have time to shop online then do it, because this place is so expensive. Yes, thier stuff is stage-quality so its great stuff, but again, its overpriced. Unless youre pressed for time, Id definitely suggest looking elsewhere, or (since Albuquerque sucks) stocking up on makeup around haloween time at walmart (granted you wont get the quality, but if you need that quality youre hopefully not pressed for time like me).
