THE PARTY MANAGER IS AMAZING!! Completely wonderful young woman!! Cannot praise her enough! From making my daughters party happen on short notice, to being understanding and sympathetic to changing situations in our ever-crazy age of covid, to dealing with upset parents (not the fault of Chuck E. Cheese) she kept her cool and provided nothing less than stellar customer service!Now, the Chuck E Cheese was very clean and offers plenty of hand sanitizer! Come back and see for yourself !

Had my daughters birthday party there. Online reservation was easy. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our hostess and store manger were awesome. Most importantly, my daughter and her friends had a blast. Great value.

OK so I know I am crazy but ...I love Chuck e Cheese ! Maybe it.is that I am an empty nester and it reminds me of when my Sons were little. It is a hoping place...This time I got the salad bar. So good. They were constantly refreshing it. I love that they have whole boiled eggs. The sesame seed crunches are great. They need to add pickles or peppercini peppers. Totally deeelish! OK I was shocked that drinks where 2.50 each!BUT the diet Mt. Dew is the best in this town. Perfection mix!Only one downside...we went to use a highchair and it was beyond disgusting! Thank God for baby wipes and.sanitizer!All in all..I really love it.

The prices are too high for the quality of the place but we had fun

We went with a group and the prices were okay. They were busy when we were there and couldnt keep the tickets stocked in most of the games.The crew out on the floor were not very nice or professional. We waited a while for help even though the staff was everywhere. They seemed more interested in each other instead of their guests.

Kids had fun, however alot of the game just took our point, didnt have ticket, or didnt function properly.

A great place to go as a family. Its enough games for everyone on an average day. Although if you go during a birthday party, it may seem a like a shortage of games because the large crowd. The food is good and the staff is friendly and active with the customers.

Excellent...Wonderful.....my son loves coming 1st thing in the morning because of the lack of kids and he gets to play what he wants...I love the pizza!!!!

This place is okay. Just do not go on Fridays, Saturdays, or any peak times. It will be so wild and crazy in there. Some kids are rough and will push your child out the way or even try to take your tickets. I like taking my kids during non peak times.

This place has the best friggin pizza I have ever had. Who would have thought that a Chuck E Cheese pizza would totally and brutally blow Pizza Hut, Dominos and all the others out of the water with no trouble at all. Ill be ordering my future pizzas from the Albany Mall Chuck E Cheese from now on for sure. Great service also. These young men and women working in here seem truly happy to be working and take pride in their work. Great Job to you all!!!

My boys birthday party was a hit! The unlimited game play for 2 hours per kid was well worth it!

We attended a birthday party for our Grandson. The kids had a ball. My 2 star rating comes from the staff. Other children were allowed to sit, eat and disrupt our area. I understand why they were hesitant to do anything since the parents didnt. But, its a business. Boundaries should be put in place when customers reserve and pay for birthday parties.

Always kid friendly. The food is reasonable. Every so often, youll encounter children begging for tokens. Thats not so much the fault of the establishment establishment, however. If you sign up for the online deals, you can easily get 150 tokens. Thats good enough for 2 hours of entertainment for the kids.

Rules need to be in place. Its over ran by adults and teenagers on dates instead of children and families. My kids kept getting ran into and pushed. It was a horrible experience.

Today is 9/11/13 I decided to take my daughter to chuck e cheese today for her 6 birthday ...we got there of course I had a coupon and spent 61 dollars to be exact we got the food and my 16 yr old daughter while eating a slice of pizza pull a long strand of blonde hair out of her mouth I proceeded to talk to the general manager who name starts with a v who literally picked the hair up and looked at it for about 10 seconds and say to me he dont know where the hair comes from..i clearly say from the pizza of course he say he didnt deny that it didnt but no one was on the night shift with blonde hair, he offered me another pizza but it wasnt no sorry for the inconvenience or nothing, he dropped the pizza off at the table and just said here you go.. Im saying to myself wow because I work with customers all day and I know its not easy but its all about making a person feel special when they spend their money...I could have went anywhere but I went there...I wont go back...worst experience ever and I love chuck e cheese
