My daughter loves it

My girls (Ages 10 and 3) absolutely love Intensity Athletics!!!! We have been part of this program for the past 3 years!!! The staff is amazing!!! They show up each and everyday providing the best instruction for the athletes along with having fun!!! They are respectful, knowledgeable and most of all positive!! My girls have fostered a love for not only cheer, but have embraced intensity’s gold standard!! They beg to be at the gym daily!!! We have been so blessed to have found Intensity athletics.

Cheer Intensity is our home now for a fourth season. This family owned business has created a culture focused on hard work, dedication to sport and accountability, promoting positive role models in cheer and life building upon their motto “One Family, one Kingdom”. The owners and coaches (all endlessly accessible and supportive of the athlete) invest their all in our children’s personal and athletic growth. I’ve watched our daughter grow leaps and bounds in skill and confidence since we’ve joined the program. The camaraderie, kinship and bonds established within the gym regardless of age or ability are truly special. The children are genuinely supportive of one another, as are the families that spend as much time at the gym and traveling to competitions as our children do. Our experience has been wonderful.

My girls joined Intensity Athletics for their all star cheer program. It’s been a wonderful experience so far. They are very well organized from the communication, managing your account to scheduling. It’s all so easy. All of their coaches build relationships with the kids teaching them proper technique along with valuable life skills always keeping the kids best interest in mind in all they do. All of the staff just make you feel right at home. The owners Jess and Adam are special people. Everything they do is to create an environment where these kids can strive and grow both in the gym and in life. They love the kids like they are their very own. Their motto one family one kingdom is more than words it’s a way of life at their gym and all the kids feel like they have a second home where they can be themselves and do what they love!

Great coaches and skill development

This will be my daughters 6th season at Intensity Athletics and we couldnt be happier with the family-owned business! IA has gone above and beyond our expectations for a competitive gym. Jess and Adam, along with their incredible staff, instill dedication, hard work, positivity, proper technique, confidence, safety, as well as teaching the athletes about acceptance, gratitude and values in life. IA is a professional, positive and very supportive gym. When my daughter expressed interest in competitive cheer, the first gym that came to mind was Intensity Athletics (formerly Cheer Intensity). I was instantly impressed with their large and clean facility, their professionalism, and true love for the sport. However, what impresses me the most are the lessons taught beyond tumbling and stunting. They build more than pyramids - they build athletes with character, compassion, and drive. I always dreamed my daughter would want to participate in cheerleading as I had for many years. What I could never have imagined was how cheerleading, through Intensity Athletics, would grow my daughter not only physically, but mentally as well. I cannot recommend Intensity Athletics enough; they truly are the gold star standard.

We are going on our seventh season at Intensity Athletics. My daughter has been on a cheer team each season, and the last couple of years has also been a part of the dance program as well as had the opportunity to be an intern. The owners are passionate, professional and hands on. The coaches are very knowledgeable and passionate regarding the sport of cheer as well. But what i value the most is all of their dedication to each child, their interest in them as a whole person, and knowing that they truly care. Even through these recent uncertain times they have remained a constant for the kids, whether virtually and eventually in person. Their results speak for themself as far as cheer goes but their dedication to the kids is equally as great!

The owners are truly dedicated to creating an environment that children can not only thrive in and excel at their sport, but learn core values that they can apply for a lifetime of success!

Great gym. Very organized. You always receive a tentative comp schedule at try outs. This program really teaches your child many life skills. Out of all the locals gyms, this is by far the best!

I cannot say enough as to how AMAZING our experience has been with Cheer Intensity! Outstanding program, run like a wellOiled machine yet still one big family. My daughter has grown SO MUCH as both an athlete and a young woman and CIA has had a big part in that.
