Order was not ready on time & by looking at the shirts, you could tell it was rushed. I wish the owner wouldn’t have promised us that it would be ready at a certain time if it truly wasn’t going to be; however, I will probably give this company another chance since it is a family, black owned business. Everyone deserves a second chance.

I would never ever do business with Cedric again. He is very rude and disrespectful to his customers, and he has none what so ever any type of customer service. I ordered 3 shirts that I needed for a funeral keep in mind we ordered and paid for our shirts around 4:00 or 4:30 pm he told us they would ready at 6:00pm we said ok... let us keep in mind he also closes at 6pm. We called back around 5:55pm to let him know we was on our way back to pick up our order, and he said he just fina print them so they wasn’t even ready and told us to come on. We get there and our still hasn’t been touched so now we just sitting there waiting patiently. By this time I’m still cool and calm wasn’t even mad or nothing. Oh let’s keep in mind it’s also 4 or 5 other customer orders tht still needed to be done and other customers are waiting as well...I sat there about 35 0r 40 mins then he said if wanted to we can go get something to eat if wanted. I said are you gone still be here when I return he said yeah I still got 5 other orders to make. So we left and did just that we had to be gone like 40 mins or so. So I went back to the store and he said I’m fina print them now so they still wasn’t ready. So I’m waiting like another hour by this time it’s way after store hours, like 7:30 now. So after all this waiting he finally did our shirts, but only one was done correctly, and the other two were in correct. One of them the picture was far off to he left and the other one he had the wrong letters in it. I informed him of what was wrong he had an attitude about it and claimed my sister approved it which wasn’t true, but he did attempt to correct it. After he corrected he showed them to me and both shirts still was incorrect so I informed him once again. This time my picture was crooked and and he still missed a letter in my sisters shirt. He was like I can redo it but by this time I’m thinking it’s late and im pretty sure he was ready to go, so I was like can you give me a $5 Discount. He was like I can’t give you a discount ma’am do you want a refund. I said no I don’t then he said well I’m not giving you a discount so do you want a refund... I said you is rude and disrespectful and have no customer service at all. He kept saying do you want a a refund I said just redo it, then he said he wasn’t redoing them...i Just walked out. Me personally I would rather give a customer $5 off a purchase, especially if I messed up there order multiple times then to give a refund but I guess he was hard up for $5 any his customer service skills sucks.
