Tried to have my 5 year old sons birthday there. We reserved 2 lanes a couple of weeks ago for 1pm today. When we got there at 1250, nobody was there. Waited there until about 1:20. Double checked the website and it said they opened at noon. With a disappointed kiddo and family, we moved everything to the park. We drove back by about 2:30 and discussed this with one of the employees. He said there was no reservations in the computer. Very frustrating! Wanted to give no stars, but it wont let me post unless I at least give 1 star.

A little expensive for 3 people who only bowled 2 games. Other then that has good service and nice couches to sit on while you are waiting your turn.

The family and I went mid-afternoon and had the place to ourselves. We had a blast and the kids keep asking when we are going back. We will be back soon

Great I used to go there every Friday with my class

Spent the afternoon with my sister, niece and nephew. We had a blast. The snack bar was closed but we had fun.The manager was nice and friendly.

I had fun but there employee service is super low. I think they should hire people to run the place.

Terribly ran business place is never open despite hours being said open. I know they said new owners etc but havent been impressed much. Ive tried to go 4 times during open hours and only got in once after being told theyd open an hour late because the porter never came

A fun place to go too...i loved it.

I was over charged. I paid the same amount as a family who was there twice as long as we were and who had a party with twice as many people.. Good service, just ridiculously charged.

Its was a great place only thing alleys keep breaking down but the employers switch us right away. Thank you for the fun time kids and fam had a blast

We went on a Saturday evening about 7 it was not a Thursday league night... we were told thirty minutes after bowling by the owner that rock and bowl would start at nine and depending on how busy they get will determine weather we can stay bowling or not. we stayed bowling a few games my wife went to wait in line to ask a question the gentleman completely ignored her for some regulars who had just walked in so she had to wait even longer. when we were out bowling the gentleman came up to us and said just came by to see if you guys were wrapping it up were beginning to get busy for rock and bowl so he basically kicked us out we felt very rushed. all I can say bad experience RUDE staff and management.wouldnt give any stars.

Staff very rude ... went with 20 people half were kids expecting to have a good night and that did not happen spent $92+ just to get a game and another $24+ on drinks and another $20 on food just to be disrespected by the staff and told we shouldnt of even been there cause the bowling league was playing and our kids couldnt enjoy arcade games or coming up the steps to get a drink cause they were in the way this is not a family oriented place save your money i would not recomend it to anyone ... bring back the old owners who respected customers and made it a fun night for the whole family
