Management has hung up on me several times, not responded to text nor any emails sent in. Being someone looking for a house currently this is the rudest Ive been treated the owner proceeds to just hang up on me rather than even let it go to voicemail and if thats the way they treat potential residents I dont wanna see how current residents are treated. To the management here youre cowardly to answer and hang up, beyond rude.

Its ok. Ive had better places to live. But for the price and the sweetness of the management I believe it is good enough!!

It could be better, but at least its for the most part peaceful. The lady that runs the place works her butt off taking care of this trailer park plus 3 others. As far as drugs or violence I havent seen any in the year I have lived here.

Not exactly a place I would refer a friend to, nor a place I would raise a family, but good for someone in need of quick housing . Affordable. Management is friendly and hard-working

Rundown full of addicts. Out of over 30 lots 4 or 5 might not be. Several abandoned mobile homes lots of unoccupied traliers are overgrown and trashed. Owners refuse to clean the tralierpark. This place is liveable at best but not by much.

Does not take care of maintenance issues, many deficiencies through out park. Unkept and neglectful of tenants!
