Great RV park with many activities. The pickleball courts are some of the best in the Valley. The residents are very friendly and neighborly.

The rock and roll jam was very good and enjoyable, very nice retirement community.

The best park in the valley. Wonderful people including management. Lots to do n participate in. Always great entertainment n dances. People come from other parks regularly to enjoy our entertainment and dances.

Good park to go

I once was a resident there for a period of 4 years, have plenty of friends there and still visit alot. If you are into RVing and need a lot for overnight or 6months or longer you will be back for more fun.

Its a great place to be when its warm or somewhat cool. The pool is heated and the hot tub is relaxing.

Put on some good shows but need to teach their residents how to shut up when performers are on stage. Very rude.

Ive lived in the Rio Grande Valley 6 years full time, and lived in 4 mobile home parks by now.Everyone I know say CdV is the party park, as the people who live there are fun.I have been dancing there several times, and last Saturday was bored with the band, so went wandering around the big recreation area. Was I impressed! They have two jigsaw puzzle tables going, a library thats nicely arranged, several rooms for cards or meetings or quilting or other stuff. Very clean. There were tables with all the activities going on, such as bike excursions, trips, Wellness screenings occurring there, and even a defensive driving course by AARP!The dance hall has a wood floor, the good kind, for dancers with bad, or good, knees.I dont know the price of rent there.I prefer to live in a park where I own my own land, which isnt any more expensive than paying $350 a month for rent at such a place.If you want lotsa activities to keep you busy, this would be a good place to go to.A guard gate there, but never seen a guard at it during the dances.
