They never want to fix on things and when they do it takes SEVERAL MONTHS for them to come and look at the problem. Plus they want to charge you a maintenance fee for fixing stuff. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE !!! He is a slum lord. All he wants to do is get your money and not fix a DARN thing. Oh, one more thing, dont be late for rent because he WILL KICK YOU OUT IN 5 DAY!!!!!!!! THATS RIGHT YOU READ RIGHT (5) FIVE DAYS not weeks not months but 5!!!!!!

I had a bad experience because I went to the office two months ago and applied for a 3 bedroom and two bathroom and the manger told me about two trailers was going to be open soon that fit my needs and she put the address on my application of one of the trailers. I can and checked for two months and I kept getting the run around I had my money my first month rent and deposit . I never have been evicted out any house I have rented . If they would start doing credit checks they would see that and stop judging people for thier families I feel thats not right and I feel disrespected and offended because how I was treated

I rented from this company for a little over a year. They were always kind and considerate. The ladies in the office were always helpful. This was probably the best rental experience I have ever had. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience so far great, friendly office staff nikki.. We purchased a fixer upper from hank and he was also able to get us into one of his rentals next door from the fixer uper during renovation.. Couldnt be more please after moving from another state on how fast and reliable they have been.. Very professional yet family atmosphere in the office.. All his employees where kind and polite..

Over on troy road you cant drive a car to the mobile home road are very bad, the grass is never cut, the trailers are falling apart, floors rotting out, the stairs look like the 3 blind mice built them, and when you ask to have anything fix they employees have no idea how to fix even the smallest things
