Good spot to chill but definitely in the shade! lolOnly issue for me are the ants on the ground and dropping from the trees above...

Beautiful!! Located conveniently on the back shores of Pearl Harbor, this park offers fire pits & picnic tables. The best part is that hardly anyone knows about it. Park hours: opens @ 7:ooam -closes @ 5:30 pm . great spot for family.

Awesome park, huge area that is spread out nicely. Great place to walk the dog, let the kids run, or find a quiet shady spot to relax on the grass.

I got a ticket for smoking a cigarette at 8 oclock in the morning when no one else was around. The DNLR agent was hiding out somewhere, staking out this park. SO DONT SMOKE IN ANY STATE OR CITY & COUNTY RECREATIONS & PARKS!!! EASY$100.00 FINE

Could be really nice if it was maintained... at all! The water is contaminated the shore is covered in trash and the only people who go there are usually homeless. Has a very neglected feel to it. Almost depressing :( Why does the state of hawaii neglect all the parks locals use and only upkeep the ones tourists are interested in damn it! Has a decent view of pearl harbor.

Starting twenty five years ago I enjoyed this small park for its quietness, safety, and view of Pearl Harbor. Families were welcome then. Unfortunately, the homless inflow has resulted in neglect of facilities, abusive and threatening behavior, and foul language. I attribute this in great deal due our current Mayors policies forcing more indegent, mentally ill, and substance abusers out of Honolulu into neighboring parks. At 76 years of age, I DO NOT feel safe, comfortable, or welcome in my neighborhood park and thus now avoid it. Tis indeed a shame.
