Excellent check-in and check-out. Tables and chairs socially distanced, sanitizer on site and masks were always worn. Stunning views and excellent location and beach access. We enjoyed falling asleep to the waves getting to shore. Staff super attentive!

Our stay at Coconut Palms was absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Dolphin room and was very impressed with the cozy and comfy atmosphere. Angel checked us in and was very helpful. The owner, was on the property each day communicating with us and other guest to ensure we were enjoying our stay. She’s very friendly and made us feel at home. We will definitely be coming back here! I don’t want to ever leave

My husband and I spent 4 wonderful days at this hotel. It was relaxing, calm, beautiful sunsets and starry nights! Right now Im missing the waves sound beneath my windows, since the place had direct access to the beach.We are very thankful to Lizzie and Valerie for be very attentive, kind and helpful. If you want to disconnect from your job, stress or anxiety, this is the place you should go. I strongly recommend the Coquí room!!!

The hotel location was unbeatable, we loved the beach and views. However, the room was far from clean, we found bugs and hair from the previous guests, even inside our bed. Travelling during pandemic times is challenging and we would have expected higher cleaning standards. We didnt feel confortable at all.

Great lil spot! Firm bed and good pillows beautiful courtyard with kitties, lizards, fish and loads of plants. Super close to most things in rincon. Lots of local food trucks nearby, if you need breakfast take a morning walk and check out sandwich delight!

I try to visit the island every yr., The hospitality is out of this world!I know every staff member here treats you like family. The owners are very cool, but professional and informative views are spectacular,rooms are clean.

We enjoyed the largest apartment where we cooked each day, soaking in the beautiful view of the oceanfront. We would love to return and spend more time next time.

Loved it! Thats all i need to say. Everything was perfect. Location, condition, staff, everything. Rincon seems to be a laid back easy going town.

The property is really nice, quiet, very relaxing and comfy. Room was ok for the price but we went out of running water so we bathe outside in the beach shower and also use the public restroom. Emergency contacts of the property doesn’t work or at least anyone answers during night hours so we just need to wait until an employee arrives at 10am So we can notify the incident. Besides of that is a really beautiful property, they are three friendly cats, beautiful gardens and stunning ocean view.

Do not book at this hotel it is too risky. Before the virus outbreak I was planning a nice trip to Puerto Rico the government of our state put restrictions on our travel and can not make it. All other hotels that I booked at in Puerto Rico understood and gave me my money back. This one refused to return my deposit. Please book at other hotels so you do not loose your money from this hotel. It is to much of a risk for everybody to book here and loose your money due to travel restrictions beyond our control.

My girlfriend and I stayed here just last week. It’s a very nice hotel right on the shore. It’s super clean and the staff is super nice. The hotel is close to just about everything in Rincon. Restaurants, the beach, etc. Rincon took a beating from Maria, but the locals are coming back STRONG!!! My room, the Pelican, is the largest room and faced the street. There was NO noise except for the sound of the water. Also whoever stays there next is going to be really happy. The entire hotel is being set up with central AC. My room had not been hooked up yet but the Manager was so nice to show me around the hotel and see all the work they have done since Hurricane Maria. Now full disclosure. Rincon took a real beating from Maria. Many of the older house have taken some severe damage. But that’s not gonna keep Puerto Rico down. If your looking for a quiet out of the way spot for a few days in Rincon, this is the place.

Loved this small and quaint hotel, this was my second stay and loved it as much as my first time. We had an issue with our toilet leaking and it went on for 2 days however once the owner found out she moved us to the biggest suite which was amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

We had an absolutely wonderful night here, the amazing view and the crashing of the waves was incredible! The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly, making us wish that we had more time to enjoy the fabulous premises and making certain that we will definitely visit again!

The outdoor area - little fountains, a hammock, greenery - is a mini-oasis, and seating overlooking the ocean is plentiful and the view amazing. Our room was small but very clean, and we slept beautifully.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would, the customer service is horrible and the rooms are very out dated, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY

Great location! We walked to Villa cofresi for the night but we were glad to walk back to the quiet. It is right in front of the water and we enjoyed a sunset and also breakfast in the big terrace overlooking the water.

We stayed in the Coqui Room, and the view and atmosphere were amazing! I loved our room, view, and ability to walk to some great restaurants.

They were still renovation after the hurricane Maria so we couldnt use the terrass and beach front as we wished. Although, we had a really nice stay and a very friendly and helpful lady in the front desk. Room was clean and comfy.

Loved everything about this hotel! Being able to sleep to the sound of the beach was amazing and priceless.

Exceptional location on the beach, super clean, friendly staff, and the accomodations are superb. The beds are so comfy! Highly recommended for a short or long stay. Close to groceries, gastropark, bars, fine restaurants, and did I mention right on the beach? What are you waiting for?

The balcony in front of the beachfront is amazing, I stayed in the Dolphin room and Coqui room. Both were very comfortable and had the ocean view.

The location of the property is excellent. The hotel was undergoing a major renovation so there was construction going on. The host, Angel, was very helpful and friendly.

I just returned from my 10th stay at Coconut Palms. The gardens are beautiful, the staff is friendly, and I always sleep so good with the sound of the waves crashing. The rooms are always clean and the beds are cozy. I love waking up and sipping my morning coffee while gazing out at the gorgeous waters of PR. This trip we were so excited to witness whales breaching so close it seemed to be right in front of us!!!! You won’t be disappointed with this place.

Although Maria wiped out most of the beach surrounding the hotel, being footsteps away from the water is still quite nice. Overall, Coconut Palms was comfortable. The staff was lovely and accommodating. A few important things to note: -although on the map, the walk into town is quite quick and easy via the beach, you have to walk on the highway to get into town. -the hotel and rooms could use a facelift-the studio kitchens are more like kitchenettes. be prepared to eat out.

We found this nice cozy place using Google maps, and stayed in the upper deck room facing the Atlantic Ocean.A tropical depression was engulfing the northeast side of the island so we felt safe during the night.Youll be delighted to try it out, and youll love it being private, away from tourist.

Coconut Palms Inn was everything we needed. The rooms were equipped with a coffee maker, coffee filter, silver ware, microwave, fridge, fans, air conditioner. Inn is right on the beach with great views. Beach is a bit rocky but nothing to do with the inn. Staff are WONDERFUL. Lizzie, Angel, Valery are all amazing staff who are so friendly, who went above and beyond, and really made the experience 5 stars. We miss it already!

Ive only passed by here, its close to my church, but it looks very clean and idyllically situated on the beach. If you need a place to stay in this area, this place looks very peaceful and inviting. Its also close to a Subway restaurant, a pharmacy, a supermarket, close to town and other eateries.

It is a beautiful Inn, clean, fully equipped, oceon front, air conditioning on when we got there, Manager gave is a tour up to the room, showed us everything. Great hospitality! We stayed at 5 hotels throughout Puerto Rico and this was the best. It is simply amazing. Very comfortable and inviting. Rooms have almost everything! Fridge, microwave, dishes, silverware, TV (didnt need to use it) large shower. The beach is literally as close as you could be. There is even decent snorkeling right on the shore. Full BBQ grill with kitchen is available for use in the back. This place is damn near perfect, I guess an ice machine would be nice.

Perfect! Sounds of ocean. Amazing views. Friendly staff. I will come back to this beautiful island and I will come back to this perfect hotel. Microwave, refrigerator, comfortable bed. Huge spaces ( especially for Puerto Rico). This is the best place Ive stayed in by far. All of the shopping, restaurants, and activities ( snorkeling, horseback riding, art festivals, etc) are so close by.

Small friendly guest house right on the beach. The staff are always available and welcoming. Great patio area for morning coffee and evening drinks or bbqing while you watch the sunset.

This place is picturesque, relaxing, and close to town. We loved being right on the beach, such a nice way to unwind. There are beautiful fish easily viewable with a snorkel, and the owners are so sweet.

Loved this place -- and loved the staff and neighbors even more.We found ourselves without a hotel room in Rincon one night because another place double booked our room -- we called Angel to see if we could come a night earlier, but the hotel was completely booked -- and so was everything else in Rincon. Angel made a phone call to some neighbors and he hooked us up with Kim and John who rented us a 2 bedroom flat right on the water for a very fair price. We were in a pickle and they could have charged us a lot more -- or not even bothered helping us out -- but these three people made our trip because of the genuine kindness.The next day, we moved over to the Coconut Palms Inn. We had the room right on the water on the upper level. It was awesome. Ive never slept so close to crashing waves.The hotel is simple, cozy, and eclectic. There are some resident cats that come see you also. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.Thanks for making our trip -- we were very happy and we will definitely be returning.

Wish we had not stayed here... AC is not installed properly, it is a window unit through a wall. This prevents proper side ventilation so the AC never really cooled the Whale room.The shower curtain had mildew.No BreakfastNot really walking distance to any of the town attractions or places to eat.The coffee machine had a dirty used filter.. growing mold.I think the place could be nice if you were stay for a few days and if you were buying your own food to cook on the grill. Rooms have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and access to a grill.We may have just caught them on a bad day. The décor and views are amazing. Staff was friendly. Price considering the issue I listed above was too high.

Beautiful!! we stayed one night during a road trip around Puerto Rico. Reserved the room last minute tru Priceline. The lady who welcomed us was very nice and showedus around the premises. The area is very clean and organized. The room over looked a beautful balcony facing the ocean. Sleeping was heavens! You can hear the waves from you bed, absolutely stunning! GO there and enjoy life
