We used this limo service for our wedding. We both agree we are very impressed with the service! Very clean, classy limo. The driver, Johanne, was amazing! She was 30 minutes early, very professional, and incredibly helpful. When we did our champagne toast, Johanne even helped my wife with her wedding dress. We ordered services for our sons wedding last minute from Deluxe Limo. They were able to accommodate us with no trouble. On the day of the wedding we had a surprise upgrade which was very much appreciated. Our chauffeur was extremely nice and helpful. We highly recommend their services. Our celebration at a downtown Hartford restaurant was wonderful! A big THANK YOU to Ed at Deluxe Limo. Ed was very accommodating, paying attention to details to ensure our night was very special. Our driver, Steve was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgable and courteous. We all agreed that traveling in a Deluxe Limo was a great idea! We were able to relax, spend time together before dinner and not worry about getting home safely. The limo was impeccably clean and the inside lighting was impressive! I used one of the companys limos this past weekend for my sister-in-laws bachelorette party. Ed was extremely accommodating from the time that I expressed interest in using their company to make our day special, to the time that they dropped us off at our final destination. Ed even called after the event to ensure that our day was everything we hoped that it was. Honestly, I wouldnt look anywhere else for another limo. Best price I could find and great customer service!

I want to thank Ed from Deluxe Limo for coming to my rescue. My son was informed that his Graduation from West Springfield High School was going to be a drive-thru. I thought about renting a van so everyone could attend. This proved to be harder than I thought. Then as I thought further, what a rip off for this kid who has busted his butt taking honor and AP classes to maintain a 4.0+ cumulative average. He and his classmates were missing out on all the fun social perks that come with being a senior in high school. I thought Id do my best to make the experience memorable. I approached Ed and he truly delivered. With a mere 5 days notice, he and his driver, Marc Anthony, came through with flying colors. They provided us with an experience that made Cole feel truly special. I can not thank them enough. I recommend Deluxe to anyone who wants to feel special for their event no matter how big or small it may be. This is the second time that Marc Anthony has been our chauffeur, and there is not a more professional nor personable driver out there. Thanks again guys.

I rented them out for my god daughters sweet 15 and she loved the limo inside and out. The owner sent me pictures of the limo in the inside and outside so I was able to see it before confirming my date. She at first wanted a different limo but when I showed her pictures she wanted me to book it right then and there. She enjoyed her night and thats all that was important. I would definitely recommend people to book from Deluxe Limosine Service. They will take great care of you and your loved ones.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They basically tell you and promise you whatever you want to get you to book. Once you book they don’t get back to you. From the beginning, I booked for a limo to pick my husband and I up after our wedding. After they messed up the first time they tried to fix it by saying they’d pick us up in a limo instead of a car at the end of our night.. when I already booked and paid for a limo. The day of the wedding the driver had no idea how to use the radio for us to hook up our phones for music.. so my bridesmaids spent half the trip trying to figure it out and his driving was awful. Some bridesmaids and groomsmen (two different trips) felt like they were going to get sick the whole way... He also asked us for directions.. Really? But the best part was in the middle of our wedding night THEY TEXT ME TO TELL ME THEY WERENT COMING TO PICK US UP! you know.. because every bride keeps her cell phone on her during the most important day of her life. Very unprofessional! Poor customer service. I’d never recommend this company!

Great price, good company and fleet, and very professional. We didnt know how many people so we booked the suv limo with only a week notice. With a short phone call we were all booked and immediately received photos too. A few days before we got the text confirmation and driver details. Day of the event was also good, our driver was early, professional, and polite. Ive used them before and have referred others. Will use again.

While many other Limo services didnt answer the phone at 8PM this company did.Friends and I were celebrating a birthday and had a trip planned to CT to have some fun. While we were at dinner I had a thought to hire a Limo Driver instead of driving all the way out there. I made a few calls and stumbled across Deluxe. I told him wed have to be picked up around 9:30 to make it to our event at 10:30 - he assured me he could make this work.The limo driver was on time, very nice and accommodating. The vehicle was clean and very spacious.For a company like this to accommodate me at 8pm on a Saturday night, provide on time incredible service and get us home safe and sound is incredible.I will use Deluxe Limousine Services for all of my future Limo needs.Look no further- Pricing and quality is with this company for sure!Thanks for a great night!

I called several different limo services and all were a little pricey Deluxe limo gave me a great price for the limo along with also stocking the limo with beverage, more then expected! The driver showed up 10 min early and was very professional! My guest am i all enjoyed ourselves. I will definitely be using them again!

I was greeted at the airport (close to midnight!) by a smiling, courteous and professional driver who assisted me with my luggage. Driver Eddie was a perfect gentleman, who added a little flair to the ordinary--- not even an unexpected (and RARE!) flat tire on his stretch limousine in the airport garage could take away from his demeanor. after quickly changing the tire, we were off ( he did all the work!!). Eddie clearly loves his job, and he represents his company well. owners Ed, Tim and Gene set a high standard for their drivers and service-- and my experience was living proof. the price is very reasonable and it is very clear that the safety, security and comfort of passengers is their highest priority. I highly recommend this team ! kudos to them all!

Dear Karen Wilson:I am going to make every effort not to embarrass you! First of all, I received a telephone call from someone in the party the following day, swearing, and screaming. The ultimate response from me should have been click.Instead, I listened to the vulgar and cantankerous tone used. Make no mistake, I do not adhere to threats or ultimatums. I responded very calmly that the matter would be addressed the following Monday.It was.The chauffeur Joanne indicated that 14, not 12, very large guests where in the limousine. The suspensions integrity was not ever compromised. The limousine adhered to a comprehensive diagnostic from our off site mechanics the following day.There were no issues.Each limousine is required to adhere to a 12 point check list prior to disembarking from the base of operation, which is very similar to what is used in aviation. Included in this check list are, proper preparation, climate system, proper fluid levels, tire pressure, fiber optic, and sound system. There were no reported issues on the signed chauffeur check list.I personally wrote the guest who chartered the limousine a heartfelt letter, offering dinner for two, and a ride through Bright Nights at Forest Park this Holiday Season in a Deluxe Limousine, and at no cost to the guest. This accommodation was vehemently rejected.Trust me Dear Reader; No other limousine service in this area would have bothered to even return a telephone call.I did.After 21 years of being in business, and having completed over 3000 charters this year, one thing is certain; There are certain people that are just beyond pleasing, regardless of what you try to offer them.

I would give them 0 stars !!!! Limo smelled of cat urine and had no air conditioning. Had to wait outside in the heat on a 90 degree day because one broke down. Finally get to the wedding venue go to the reception and the limo broke down on the way back! The bride wrote a letter, no refund for the inconvienience. Im writing a letter to the BBB, writing a review on yelp and would not recommend their services to anyone. Brides beware they will be sure to ruin your wedding day !

I work in the wedding industry and have worked with Eds drivers three times in the last few months. It was the first wedding where Deluxe made an impression on me as we spent an extended time with the drivers that day. Melanie and Steve were the drivers and they could not have been more courteous from the brides house through to the reception.Their website boast that their drivers all have at least three years experience and I believe it. They know the area and how to get from place to place. They are attentive to detail with brides and their dresses, champagne for the newly married couple, and making sure that the cars are cool in the summer and warm in the winter (easier said than done when you have to make sure the cars are charged for AC). The drivers at Deluxe are always proactive by making sure that bags get in the car efficiently, anticipating and reacting to passenger needs, and keeping you on schedule. Owner Ed Der Sarkis cares about his clients, his employees and his cars and that’s a winning combination.
