Had been calling around looking to buy a trailer for our daughter. I do understand that they own 3 parks around here and must have a high call volume. But I dont like places that dont answer the phone and require you to leave a voicemail for a call back. Im sure they would probably call back eventually however I find that to not always be the case lately.

My experience at this location is normally nothing but satisfactory however on Tuesday there was this very suspicious-looking character in a blue car looking at these little kids playing he sat there for about 2 hours so after observing this car for a while my boyfriend went to make sure the guy was okay and didnt need any help the man admitted to just waiting said for a friend however looked at the kids the entire time I just want to let all of my fellow mothers that there is this guy looking and watching our children as they play right outside their back doors please be cautious and aware of your surroundings

The owner of this park has just offered to help with a repair in the park and turn right around and said he never did he is nothing but a conniving man I wouldnt trust him on anything he said. Please do not ever take him at his word

I have lived here for two and a half years. It is quiet. I feel safe here.

Looks a little run down

I wish I had the option of giving this place zero stars. Drug activity occurs here and the people aint the greatest.
