Do not use them at all—I had been using them since 2000...now with COVID all they do is book reservations and collect money—if you have a problem after that good luck contacting them for help4 hour wait last time they had to switch due to travel—so I obliged since trip was paid in full and rescheduled—well 3 days before my family and I fly out they leave me a voicemail my hotel is closed but give me a disconnected number to call back—so on hold for another 3 hours but then guy said wrong departmentSo another 2 hour hold—why is it that it 5 minutes to book a reservation but they can’t help a paid trip and former king time customerTerrible company now with no values with there customers
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!Worst travel company to deal with!!!!!! Our vacation was cancelled due to COVID, now we want to rebook we can’t get anyone on the line. Almost 2 hour wait and when you finally get to talk to someone, the call will drop and they won’t call you back. When I sent an email I was told they don’t call back which is a lie because when I was booking the first time they did call me back.
I am having the same problems as everyone else. You cant get a hold of anyone and they change your flights at the last minute. Not sure what to do we leave in a couple weeks and no one is returning my calls, or emails.
