Ive only been here three times with my kids, but we always have fun. There is actually A LOT to do here. Because it is so big, it never seems crowded. Tonight we went on a Wednesday and there were only two other families there. I went on a Saturday once and my kids found friends from school and had a blast too. It still didnt seem too crowded even though there were a lot of people. Its a great place. You just cant bring any outside food or drink which is typical, but they wouldnt even allow water and the kids get very thirsty jumping around. And the prices arent bad, but just enough that bringing the whole family is too expensive to come here as much as wed like.

Sooo fun! Went there with my grandbabies (ages 4 - 8) everyone had a good time, including me! Its a good deal on certain days, for a couple of hours, $5 for kids, and $2 for adults who want to join in the jumpin. Good place for kids to burn off energy (and adults to burn off calories!)

I learned how to do a back flip at that place so its pretty good

It was very fun but I got hurt so many times by the tampalines and the staff . I got hit many times to but its really good place to go for birthday partys and just to have fun with friends

So much fun for all ages. We took our 8month old with us and he had a great time on a small section of trampoline. They always seem to have something new and exciting this time it was the zip line.

Visited, for the first time, for a birthday party. Fantastic indoor, with outdoor play equipment (trampolines, air castles, hamster balls, and American Ninja type obstacle course), area to allow your 6+ thru Tween to expend a ton of energy. Shoot, even an adult could have a blast in this place. I especially like the Parents Lounge, which was a semi-glass enclosed room with massage chairs, 4 TVs, and seating. Even has a concession area for snacks drinks, which were very reasonably priced. Only suggestion, play Air1 radio over the speakers instead of todays pop. Staff was extremely friendly and online waiver form was easy to complete.

This is a pretty cool place. Its a good size but its not huge. They do have party rooms that you can rent. Theres about 7-8 attractions for kids and adults to play on and the pricing isnt too bad.Heres the bad: The place is ran by kids that look like theyre 16-20 years old. So, keep in mind theyre not really aware of what is going on around them. Children from 4 all the way up to 50 and beyond can be in the same place at the same time. This isnt always the best mix when playing on trampolines or landing on air filled pads. Also keep in mind its ran by young kids, paired with the age gaps and youll want to make sure you stay with your little kids. Also, there are absolutely no security measures in place. There is nothing to keep a child from walking out of the front door or someone who wants to do harm from taking a kid out the front door. Again, keep in mind thats its ran by young kids, any aged person can be jumping and playing with any age child, and no security measures and you can see where this place could have serious issues.It is a neat place and fun to play in. But Im not sure Id let my young child or teenage daughter play here without adult supervision.

Great place for the kids to play. Adults can play too. They have great group rates. We had our group for 2 hours and it was 20 bucks for the 2 kids 16 and 7. No one really got out of hand, seemed everyone shared and got along well, group and individuals. Was overall a wonderful experience. But you cannot bring in any outside drinks or food, they have their own concession.

I was impressed with Maxx Air. I took my son there. The whole place was very clean. Lots of different activities for my son to enjoy. I thought the price was reasonable. He got 2 hours for $13. He enjoyed himself.

Fun way to let kids burn some energy

I would have to say it is pretty awesome. we used to live near skyy high in Houston & tho I like features of both places, Id say Maxx Air is a better experience. The Friday night deal is cool for kids to get some serious energy out. Kinda a lack of seating for us lazy adults that want to look at our phones while we forget we have kids for a while tho.. 4.5 stars?

The staff allows you to have fun, unlike another competitors staff. My family had a great time today. We especially enjoyed jumping down to the huge air bag. We will for sure come back!

Great place to take your kids to blow off some energy. A little pricey, so be prepared. I wouldnt suggest staying longer than an hour. There is not enough to do much longer than that. If you have small kids, look into the toddler time. Hands down the best value (and the only time I take my 3yr old).

We had an excellent time and the staff here was most friendly. I lost my watch which I was sure Id never see again. After filing a lost item report, the staff made it a point to recover my item before I departed from the establishment. Five stars any day for customer service like that.

Super fun place for not only kids but teens and adults as well, which frankly surprised me. The reason did not give it a full 5 star rating is because was not a big fan of the fact that I had to pay extra to buy socks. However, overall the pros outweigh the cons totally worth it.

Maxxair is great fun for everybody in the family! Awesome choice if you wana get the kids moving and burn up all of that energy. I got some good cardio in chasing the kids around and practicing my old high school gymnastics. The only way it could be better is is if you could pause your time and save it for later.

Great value. My youngest son and friends were here for three hours for his birthday. For $100 they got worn out and fed!

Fun but would like better service

I love this place! Very awesome! But there is to many blind spots we need better and more staff because where there is staff they really dont seem to care I would feel safer if we had more, and better staff, some staff is rude too.Some kids are very mean too we need to make sure that were minding our business, but come one the other day on the obstacles course there was a older girl then a younger girl behind her than me and the older girl looked like she needed help so the younger one be kind tried to help her, and the older girl turned around took the younger girls hands off and yelled STOP!!! Which made the younger cry and she ran away I told her that wasnt very nice she said Whatever, if we had more staff that wouldnt have happened.So yes while we all love Maxs air we need more staff nicer better more staf

Alot of fun

The trampoline was fun but there was lots of annoying kids running everywhere and people didnt watch them. They were laying on the ninja course and looking at phone and twist the one of the things that you stand on the ninja course. I also had to wait 30 minutes for pizza when It have to come at 8 30, it came at 9. We had to wait forever. They also gave us 3 to 4 months old chips and everybody ate it. Luckily, my step dad checked the date before we ate. I was very disappointed as it was my first time going there.

We had a blast. Went to the Friday night freakout for my sons birthday, had 3 hrs of fun, pizza, and beverages. Place was clean, friendly and attentive staff, and good times. Highly recommend it.

My grandson had a great time. Hes 5. And 2 different staff members raced with him through one of the obstacles. Above an beyond in my eyes. We will go back.

My niece and nephew (6 and 10) absolutely love this place! The staff is great there too. One of the staff was getting very excited with my nephew when he did a front flip off the high jump for the first time.

My kiddos had a blast at Maxx Air. It was clean and the staff was friendly. There are plenty of exciting things to do and best of all they were worn out by the time we left!

Pizza not good, cant bring food or drinks in, expensive for party pack, and not worth it. Kids had fun though.

My daughter loves this place. The restrooms are usually always very clean.I feel it would be less worrisome with fewer blind spots and more staff supervising children (and adults )Not quite sure I would say the prices are fair. Also, the young staff can be arrogant at times.Overall it is an enjoyable place, but as a parent, I am always relieved to be leaving.

I took my 4 y.o. niece who had a BLAST. After the hour I was effectively sweaty and exhausted but so was she . I did the zipline once and thought that was the most fun part. You do have to have their special socks, so just be prepared to buy them (I didnt need to since my sister already had a pair I used hers so Im unsure of the cost).

I sustained an injury here that resulted in a hospital stay and a major surgery. Dont get me wrong, Im not leaving one star because of that. The staff handled it all very poorly. There was no first aid kit. No Ace wrap that I could stabilize my broken leg with. No ice packs. No ambulance or medical help called. The young boys that worked there asked me if I could get up and walk.... As Im laying there with my ankle hanging out of the socket... The staff needs better training to handle inevitable accidents. In a place like this, accidents absolutely will happen. Luckily, I knew what I needed to do because Im first aid certificated but not everyone will be.

There was such a variety of things for the kids to do! They could jump, play dodge ball, rock climb, zip line, etc. They had a blast.

My 5 year old son had a blast. 1 hour of jump time was just enough for him.

My kids love going here. Friday night freakout is their favorite and a great bargain. Parents have the option of joining in the fun and jumping with their kids or enjoying some peace and quiet in the parent room. The staff is friendly and the snack bar has a good selection with reasonable prices.

Only complaint let parties bring in drinks and snacks, you do a great job otherwise friendly helpful and plenty of staff . I will have another party here if you will let me provide my own drinks and snacks my kiddos get thirsty and hungry LoL

Only people in the building. 5 boys against the workers in dodgeball was the kids favorite. They even included the baby thanks guys.

We visit a Saturday in the afternoon and it was a bit busy but good enough for everybody to enjoy and have fun..prices are good. Also if you are in the Military they offer an appreciation Military discount.

The kids had fun! But before that happens you have to use there old tablets to fill out their form to sign a waiver. And you cant check in or start your party until everyone in the party has done this. So if your party starts at 11 make sure you get there 30 minutes before to do this. And make sure you warn the other parents so they know as well. Other than that the bathrooms were clean and there was plenty for the kids to so.

I recommend Maxx Air if one would just like to do a walk-in and play. Im not sure if they have a maximum capacity (they probably do Im just not aware of it). To me, I believe it would have been more enjoyable if it were less chaotic; just too many people for such a small place. Parties to Walk-In ratio for capacity needs to be considered for better quality. If considering a party there I would recommend renting the whole place out, otherwise, its not worth it (at the moment) for quality and specialty. The staff, however, I felt were excellent; very cautious, polite, and made sure rules were followed.Side Note: I noticed a side door was opened accessing outside. The structure of set up leaves blind spots. As I stated, it is chaotic and it only takes a second for a child to slip out of sight through side exits. (If wasnt for this I would have rated 4 out of 5 stars)Suggestion For Fix: Numbered blacklight stamps with staff placed at every open exit to make sure children leave with designated guardian and cannot leave without a guardian stamp matching the childs number.

Grand daughter broke her leg on her birthday here. She loved her party but for the price of the birthday package it seems that more should have came with it as far as cake, decoration the staff etc. Wasnt worth the price.

This is a fun place to take your kids. They have a zip line, ninja course, inflatable (human size) hamster balls, inflatable slides and, of course, trampolines. One con is they dont have a section for younger babies and toddlers (that I know of). Also, it can be crowded at times, especially on the weekends. So if you tend to avoid crowds, maybe go on a weekday. They have a snack bar with drinks and party rooms. Go to their website first and fill out the required forms before you arrive if you want to expedite checking in.

Quite fun, although I do not suggest drinking a soda before you get on a trampoline

Great place, good variety, lots to do, I wish there was a little more variety. 2 hours was definitely plenty to do everything. Their snack bar was surprisingly cheap for a business like this.

The trampolines should be larger. I have been to other trampoline parks with larger squares so you are able to jump higher and do more tricks. They have a cool pit and climbing wall but it could be better.

Prices are ASTRONOMICAL compared to other jump/trampoline places. Staff is very cold, RUDE and unhelpful. Check-in girl actually rolled her eyes at us for taking too long to check in. Hope owner will make changes. This could be a good place. But, until then we will not return and will tell everyone our experiences. Good luck.

Great Staff and interact with the Children. Our visit they made us feel so welcome. Multiple activities for the Children such as rock climbing, Ninja Warrior Course, Dodgeball, Basketball, etc. Only complaint I have was it was extremely hot inside however the kids got tired very fast and the price was very reasonable. We are a family of 6 and was very well worth the money compared to anywhere else. Cant wait to bring my children again. Save yourself time however and fill out the e-waiver before arriving to make the process alot quicker.

Very fun experience, lots of jumping areas and different styles of play. Obsticle course is hard, and the jousting is a blast!
