This has a great family atmosphere and the people I met were friendly and it was very well kept and clean.

My father gave my mother a trailer 30 years ago. So we have lived here for a long time. My mother past away just a few months ago and I am still living in this trailer my father gave to us. Its been a wonderful, quiet place to live. My neighbors are great, they have been living here the last 15 years at least. Everyone is great and I have no complaints!

For the most part it is a good place to rent from. The owners are good people. And the handyman on site is very professional with his work. It gets better every day as far as I know.

My father lived here for yeasts until he passed away. Then I got his place n have been here for several years. Every one watches or for each other. Havent has problems w anyone but 1 neighbor. Cant blame it on the community only the individuals. Great place .
